Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows!  Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton.  I'll might find another hotel next time.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything here was top notch h. Our room was so luxurious and clean, our food was the best of the city, views were great, just overall 100%!!!

A localização é Muito conveniente no terminal D no aeroporto DFW. É tão fácil chegar tarde à noite ou IR cedo à manhã.O pessoal de check-in foi amigável e ofereceu água e snacks, e NOS upgradou para UMA sala de visão de pistas, Muito bonito. A sala estava limpa e espaçosa, as camas eram confortavelmente firmes.A decoração é o estilo do Grande Hyatt, o estilo preto dominante.Note que este hotel começou a renovar em meados de Julho e vários pisos foram retirados do serviço. Aguarde com expectativa a actualização mais moderna que se segue. A água engarrafada no quarto é um prazer para OS membros do Mundo de Hyatt.Parece um pouco pequena para um Grande Hyatt. The facilities and room were top notch. The service was great. The drinks were specially made and delicious.

The hotel is amazing and beautiful all around. Meeting the amazing well mannered staff was pleasant. I was greeted right away upon entering the hotel with my wife. John greeted me with a big smile while I was walking through the lobby. The room was something else. I could not forget the view. My wife and I wanted to get away from our hectic lifestyle and forget it for a weekend and the Thompson made that happen. Thank you to all who helped us during that time. I will be coming back.
