"The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. The owner was a very welcoming and friendly lady who answered all my questions about the scenic area in detail. The guesthouse courtyard was beautiful, with a swing and rocking chair, and many swallows nesting there – I was so lucky to see so many! The room was exceptionally clean; you could tell it had been meticulously prepared.
