A short drive takes you to Wainui Beach. It is a great place from which to go on day trips to explore the East Coast. Outdoor living is a feature with a roomy verandah, equiped for outdoor dining, and a large, fully fenced back lawn with outdoor furniture and shady trees , which makes it safe and private for families.There is a large lounge and family room which make it ideal for families to share. The house has been used very satisfactorily for family groups celebrating family occasions or "get togethers" and for multiple family groups.The park is very near and has a children's playground. It is also a great spot to walk or cycle, scooter from with the paved river walk nearby or bush/hill walks within close proximity.
