Hotéis 5-Star em Lima Province, Peru

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

Habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Desayuno bueno, ubicación muy buena del hotel. La srta. Palominos es algo autoritaria, le falta empatía y mejorar su actitud hacia el cliente/huesped. El check-in fue una mala experiencia con ella en recepción. Los demás empleados realizan bien su trabajo.

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

El hotel es fabuloso, muy lindo, la habitacion muy linda, y el baño amplio, fue lo que mas me gusto, y tome room service, fue muy expedito y rapido. Todo excelente, recomiendo este hotel.

Hotéis decentes.Os quartos são decorados de UMA maneira antiga, MAS limpo.O serviço é excelente.Um pouco Mais barato com serviço de quarto do que esperava, MAS o alimento era bom e rápido. Precisava de algo depois de um Longo dia de viagem. A sala de fitness estava bem, tinha máquinas suficientes e não estava ocupada.

We arrived very early after a connecting flight delay for up to 2 hours. Reception was very helpful ensuring our check-in was completed without any hassle and we need to hop on to bed after a long and tiring journey…..

Instalações: hotel cinco estrelas Higiene: limpa e higiênica👍 Ambiente: Bom👍 O serviço foi excelente Há um shopping ao lado do hotel, que é conveniente para comer e beber. Fica a 20 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas e a 10 minutos a pé da Praça San Martin. Muito conveniente, ficarei novamente na próxima vez.
