A minha esposa e eu tivemos UMA breve estadia Neste hotel, e nós ordenámos serviço de quartos e Shalini, quem recebeu o nosso pedido por telefone, era muito confortável para as nossas necessidades específicas às 10h. A Aditia, que teve tanto orgulho pessoal de nos preparar a comida e servir-nos, é geralmente entregue um trolei com comida dentro de nós e espera-nos servir-nos. Mas este jovem maravilhoso *** fez o nosso jantar tardio especial. Nós desistimos do pequeno-almoço, MAS tivemos o almoço de buffet.Que enorme e apetite se espalhou .... Mais UMA vez, o serviço era tão BOM Como o alimento. O Chefe Sandeep estava especialmente presente para nós, viu que tinhamos tomado o Saag, então ele viu-se e disse que você deve ter o Makki Di Roti com o Saag.Em poucos minutos, nós fizemos o Makki Di Roti à nossa mesa. A pessoa que NOS serviu no restaurante Del era Nikhil, que era Muito atento, amigável e rápido para nos servir. Kudos para o hotel para infundir um senso profundo de bom serviço e excelente qualidade alimentar. Bem feito 🙏

More than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

The place is nice and big. It’s definitely getting old. Older carpets, rugs and furnishings now. The hotel looks busy and a bit commercialized with mall oriented stores on the bottom floor which takes away from the quiet and relaxing feel. I would still choose to stay here if the price was right.

The room is nice, service good, staff friendly. But the food is no way up to tue quality expected for this establishment. The buffet is positively booting. At £50 per person per dinner I was quite disappointed, as was my family. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to wrote home about. I was expecting more for this cost.

Very helpful team especially those at the  Hotel entrance and housekeeping !  Enjoyed the stay and was an excellent location.  Biggest issue is that most Uber drivers and food orders placed were being delivered to the Hotels rear entrance used by staff etc not the main entrance. This was frustrating so not sure why the Hotels google location has not been updated.

Hotel Excepcional! Um Oásis, com muito verde no meio da Caótica nova Delhi. Hotel realmente 5 estrelas, excelente atendimento padrão OBEROI, cordialidade de todos os funcionários o tempo todo do check in ao check out, instalações super modernas e funcionais, e decoração de extremo bom gosto. Café da manhã incrível, com opções fantástica no Buffet ou na a La carte, os restaurantes dentro do hotel são maravilhosos, o rooftop tem um bar super sofisticado e frequentado por pessoas super cool. Com certeza absoluta se eu volta a Nova Delhi, ficarei neste hotel novamente, jamais esquecerei o aroma indescritível deste hotel e de suas Amenities.

The hotel is not bad, and in a good location if you have appointments in central or north New Delhi. One terrible experience: the thumping loud house music at breakfast time made me (and I assume other guests) leave the restaurant as quickly as possible. Inexplicable. Big compliment to the door and security staff. They were consistently the most friendly and helpful staff in the hotel. Thank you.

Excelente hotel em Janakpuri, perto da Estação Metro, fácil conectividade a qualquer lugar em Delhi via Metro , também um centro comercial perto (Unity One Shopping Mall) , quarto foi excelente, O quarto de tamanho limpo e bom, Como esperado de Hyatt, o pessoal era muito amável e útil, o pequeno-almoço de buffet TEM boa difusão e muitas opções com contadores de cozinha vivas, tudo excelente, altamente recomendado

O buffet de pequeno-almoço era horrível, absolutamente horrível!Não havia nenhuma peça de frango, e 98% do alimento era comida indiana.Vimos tantos estrangeiros andando por aí, olhando para o alimento, não sabendo o que comer. O que é chocante é que quando ordenamos do restaurante, o alimento era caro, mas realmente delicioso!Então como é que o buffet é tão mau enquanto o restaurante é incrível? Sinto-me que eles estão deliberadamente a fazer o buffet terrível, por isso as pessoas não o comem. Ao TOPO, as salas estavam desaparecidas e as coisas horríveis não valiam a Pena.A única coisa boa era o pessoal, que era amável e amável.Mas, EM geral, este lugar era UMA Grande desilusão.Nunca Mais voltou!

Eu tive o prazer de ficar em Andaz Delhi durante a minha viagem para HYROX Delhi, e não poderia ter pedido uma melhor experiência. Desde o momento EM que cheguei, o serviço era excepcionalmente Quente, atento e incrivelmente útil, especialmente Quando me preparava para UMA Grande corrida. A sala era moderna, espaçosa e limpa, com toques pensantes que o tornavam como casa.A cama era extremamente confortável e perfeita para descansar e recuperar. Apreciei especialmente as instalações interiores e a vibração pacífica após um longo dia de treinamento e corrida. O que realmente se descobriu foi a localização e a conveniência.Ao estar perto do aeroporto e bem ligado às áreas-chave fez comutando uma brisa, e a calma, luxo ambiente do hotel foi um grande contraste com o fim-de-semana da corrida de alta energia. O pequeno-almoço era fantástico, fresco, diverso e cheio de opções saudáveis que se adequaram à minha dieta de preparação de corrida.O pessoal até FOI a um milhar extra para fazer pedidos especiais, que eu realmente apreciei. Obrigado pela equipe de Andaz Delhi por me tornar a minha viagem HYROX tão suave e divertida.Recomendamos a todos os atletas e viajantes que procurem conforto, classe e hospitalidade em Delhi!
