I had a wonderful stay at The Canvas Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klang. I will definitely come back again! 🌟🏨💕

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.

It was so cool and good, but I’m not fully satisfied with the view. The TV was dusty and the bed was not very clean as well. But the reception and the overall place were really good.

I have a pleasant stay during this trip. Ms Loges is helpful and friendly during check-in, I am happy about it. During my checkout after 2 nights stay, Ms Yuva who was on duty is also very good in taking care of my request. Good job to Swing & Pillow @ Kota Kemuning

Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. There are also restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport options within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. The service is simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The room was modest in size and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the internet connection was stable, which was useful for planning daily activities. Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The room was tidy, though some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness. Despite being located near a tourist area, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, Batu Caves Hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for budget travelers, short-stay guests, and anyone who prioritizes location and affordability over luxury. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a practical and conveniently located place to stay.

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

The room is nice, basically the amenities in this hotel are good. The staff are also helpful and accommodating. Recommend to stay here if you want somewhere near the airport.

The rooms are clean, the environment is beautiful, and the location is super convenient for finding food. Most importantly, it's very safe. This is my go-to hotel every month.
