The hotel is good and there staff are also good Khalid help us check in early we appreciate and Gazi Hassan, Nazmul and Depak Oli are good in the restaurant they care a lot we really appreciate and we recommend this hotel as one of the best places to stay in Riyadh

It’s amazing hotel .. new and everything is brand new. Exactly same Hilton luxury standard. The bed is comfortable.. I like the way of welcoming me in the room. My plan also in January definitely I will stay again. The breakfast perfect.

Visitei o Al Faisalia Hotel PELA primeira vez para viagens de negócios.As instalações limpas eram tão boas, e senti-me um pouco longe do local onde as mulheres praticavam.O pessoal é tão amigável. Em particular, Jahangir Bellman é simpático com um sorriso quente, então EU Quero visitar novamente a próxima vez.Não encontrei um Lugar de encontro perto do hotel, então EU me guiei para aquele Lugar.Obrigado!Eu me pergunto se OS motoristas Uber não encontrem UMA localização do hotel.

The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.

A localização do hotel é sem dúvida muito boa, a sala também é grande e é conveniente ver Ronaldo. No entanto, houve alguns pequenos incidentes. Senti que havia um pequeno problema com o hotel ter quartos fora do hotel. Comecei a planear reservar um quarto de luxo ao meio-dia, mas à tarde vi que todos os quartos foram retirados. prateleiras e eram todas suítes. Finalmente, reservei uma suíte. Quando fiz o check-in, vi todos os quartos com preço único. Paguei mais de 3.000 para reservar uma suíte. o ar ambiente na outra sala estava seco ou algo assim, mas meu nariz estava desconfortável.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

GGuest UserWe arrived in the early morning to check in. The front desk staff was very responsible. The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. Thank you very much, Concierge bellman Ibrahim.

YYujinI visited Al Faisalia Hotel for the first time for business trips. The clean facilities were so good, and I felt a little far from the place where women exercised. The staff are so friendly. In particular, Jahangir bellman is kind with a warm smile, so I want to visit again next time. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so I guided me to that place myself. Thank you so much! I wonder if Uber drivers couldn't find a hotel location.

YYounès MhamediThe Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service.
However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.
