"I am so pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel! It's perfectly located for me as I needed to be at a church just 5 mins walk away. And it's walking distance to Chulia STreet, Kimberly Night Market, Chowrasta Market and all the good food in Penang. The hotel provides drinking water bottles but you can also fill up from the dispensers at the lobby. Thumbs up! There's also a nice convenient store right next door, called RoonChit. For those who travelled by car, there is a nice basement car park. Not sure how many lots there are."

"Aized e Saiful, juntamente com outros dois rapazes, me ajudaram com a minha viagem. Quando cheguei a Georgetown pela manhã, eles me ajudaram a guardar minha mochila antes do horário do check-in, para que eu pudesse passear antes de chegar. O hotel fica perto do ponto de ônibus CAT, que fica em frente. Também dá para ir a pé até Komtar, Jeruk Pak Ali, Pasar Chowrasta, Dimsum Valet e Penang Road Laksa. O quarto é ótimo, tem estação de passar roupa, bebedouro e, no andar em que fiquei, há uma mesa e cadeiras ao ar livre para comer e relaxar. Preço acessível para mim."

"I stayed in the female dorm, and everyone was very respectful of personal space; it wasn't noisy at night. Lights out was promptly at 11 PM. The only downside is that it's located above a bar street, and the soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear music at night. It felt very safe here, with each room having a password lock, and all the guests were polite and considerate. The room had no windows, which led to a slight odor, but the air conditioning ran 24/7 (and was adjustable), so it could get a bit cold at night. The bed was a super single size, big enough for two of me, with plenty of space and a comfortable mattress – no sagging whatsoever. The bedside lamp had adjustable brightness, and each bunk had curtains, so you wouldn't disturb others' sleep. WiFi was available in the room. The common area had no air conditioning, only fans, but there was a hot/cold water dispenser, disposable cups, coffee, and dishes/cutlery. The restrooms were relatively clean, equipped with shower gel and a water heater, but no hairdryer. A slight inconvenience was that male staff would come in at 12 PM on checkout days to change sheets and clean, even if other guests were still in the dorm, but they were respectful and didn't bother me; I just kept my curtains closed. Overall, I was very satisfied. The price was cheap, it was a 15-minute walk from the train station, and the central location made it convenient to get everywhere. I'd definitely come back! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
