"I am so pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel! It's perfectly located for me as I needed to be at a church just 5 mins walk away. And it's walking distance to Chulia STreet, Kimberly Night Market, Chowrasta Market and all the good food in Penang. The hotel provides drinking water bottles but you can also fill up from the dispensers at the lobby. Thumbs up! There's also a nice convenient store right next door, called RoonChit. For those who travelled by car, there is a nice basement car park. Not sure how many lots there are."

"Inicialmente, fiquei bastante surpreso com o quarto que me deram, pois ainda não havia sido limpo. O quarto estava sujo e a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada. Informei imediatamente a equipe sobre a situação. Após relatar o ocorrido, a equipe explicou que o quarto não deveria ter sido disponibilizado devido a um problema no ar-condicionado, e por isso não havia sido preparado. Em seguida, me transferiram para outro quarto. No geral, o quarto substituto estava limpo, confortável e em boas condições. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa na resolução do problema. Embora a estadia tenha começado mal, a rápida ação da equipe contribuiu para melhorar a experiência geral."

"Aized e Saiful, juntamente com outros dois rapazes, me ajudaram com a minha viagem. Quando cheguei a Georgetown pela manhã, eles me ajudaram a guardar minha mochila antes do horário do check-in, para que eu pudesse passear antes de chegar. O hotel fica perto do ponto de ônibus CAT, que fica em frente. Também dá para ir a pé até Komtar, Jeruk Pak Ali, Pasar Chowrasta, Dimsum Valet e Penang Road Laksa. O quarto é ótimo, tem estação de passar roupa, bebedouro e, no andar em que fiquei, há uma mesa e cadeiras ao ar livre para comer e relaxar. Preço acessível para mim."

"🐾 Purrfect Stay at Red Inn Court! 🌟 The Red Inn Court was a fantastic stop on our trip! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The location is super convenient for exploring. The absolute highlight? Watching a super cute cat playing delightfully with guests in the common area! It brought such a warm, homey feeling to the whole place. We loved seeing people interact with the friendly feline. Definitely recommend this charming spot for a wonderful, feel-good experience! 💖"

"L'hébergement est conforme aux photos et à la description. L'emplacement est parfait et tout est propre. Nous étions les seuls clients avec un homme dans la chambre voisine. On entendait absolument tout même son ronflement. Le petit déjeuner compris se compose d'un plat au choix. Aucune boisson comprise. Même pas un café 😭 Mais vous aurez le plaisir d'avoir de l'eau tiède tout au long de votre séjour. Malgré tout nous avons passé les deux pires nuits depuis que nous sommes en Malaisie. La chambre pour deux est côté rue. Aucune insonorisation et chaleur étouffante. On ne laisse jamais la climatisation durant la nuit mais là pas le choix. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un restaurant avec des figurants. Une fois fermé, la climatisation est coupée, impossible de l'allumer pour rester en bas le soir ou tôt le matin ( ils arrivent vers 9h00). C'est le gros point faible: pas d'espace commun pour les voyageurs. C'est un restaurant avec des chambres à l'étage. Une playlist jazz passe toute la journée avec un volume fort pour accompagner les figurants en uniforme. Quand on descend les escaliers, ils arrêtent de parler d'un coup. C'est vraiment malaisant. Ils passent leur temps sur le téléphone ( rien de grave) mais avec le volume à fond à scroller des conneries. Nous utilisons le mot ”figurants” pour le personnel. On a l'impression qu'il joue de la comédie sans savoir ce qu'il faut faire quand on travaille dans l'hôtellerie/ restauration. Vraiment du jamais en Asie. C'était un sketch 🤣😂🤣😂 Le personnel ne semble avoir des connaissances en tant que hôtel ou restaurateur. Contact poli mais beaucoup de maladresse ( une femme avec un gros sac galére dans les escaliers , on ne lui propose aucune aide..). Du jamais vu en plusieurs mois de voyage en Malaisie ( toujours parfaitement accueilli) et à travers l'Asie du sud-est. Avec tout ça, ça ne nous étonne pas que presque personne ne vient y manger ou dormir, même si l'ouverture est encore très récente. Il y a des guesthouses bien plus dans la rue et qui seront heureux de vous accueillir."
