Hotéis 2-Star em Penang, Malaysia

Inicialmente, fiquei bastante surpreso com o quarto que me deram, pois ainda não havia sido limpo. O quarto estava sujo e a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada. Informei imediatamente a equipe sobre a situação. Após relatar o ocorrido, a equipe explicou que o quarto não deveria ter sido disponibilizado devido a um problema no ar-condicionado, e por isso não havia sido preparado. Em seguida, me transferiram para outro quarto. No geral, o quarto substituto estava limpo, confortável e em boas condições. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa na resolução do problema. Embora a estadia tenha começado mal, a rápida ação da equipe contribuiu para melhorar a experiência geral.

O Peng é um Lugar confortável para descansar, o Lugar é Muito limpo, incluindo as casas de banho compartilhadas, e a cama é agradável.O Pessoal Da Frente é amigável, útil e informativo. Há também UMA máquina de lavar roupa e secador com detergente fornecido!A ar condicionado é forte, e a localização é super conveniente, com a maioria DOS lugares dentro de um 10-minute andar ou conduzir. Além disso, há um incrível cookie shop perto chamado CookieCrumbs que cheira incrível

I am so pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel! It's perfectly located for me as I needed to be at a church just 5 mins walk away. And it's walking distance to Chulia STreet, Kimberly Night Market, Chowrasta Market and all the good food in Penang. The hotel provides drinking water bottles but you can also fill up from the dispensers at the lobby. Thumbs up! There's also a nice convenient store right next door, called RoonChit. For those who travelled by car, there is a nice basement car park. Not sure how many lots there are.

3 bathrooms are shared with other occupants.If you stay upstairs, u have to go down to the ground floor to take shower or nature call. It is self service (no receptionist). Enter hotel lobby with password. No hotel card, enter room by keying in password. Fridge, utensils, water dispenser, plates are provided and shared with other guests at ground floor.

For value and location in the old town peripheral area and approximately walking distance to major attractions was such a great place. The bed was clean and the sheets cleaned as hospital graded quality sheets with a hotel appearance. Whilst rooms are small,  it was very well managed, and comfortable to sleep and restore energy - fit for one..  A little tighter for a ‘couple’ but still comfortable enough. The place was a restored old grand colonial building with Architraves more of post-Victorian Era and offices as a heritage building site - thus remodeled iinterior as a Bauhaus set up-  no frills or extravagance in decorate, but colour oalatte blocks of LEGO arranged and deep  Primary hues contrast the external light being Lebuh Chula reminiscent of the Hoi An Orient light and the grid like structures of Piet Mondrian and the city set up of the hay days that had similar orientation of British formations. The amenities simple yet available, and water system fantastic. The communication between agent services was excellent and prompt. The cleaners were around and if requested needed was designed. The idea of the box set up and returning cards and applications to each person in letter boxes delivered and on time. Preferences would be to have more pamphlets of city maps at the entrance and better entrance appeal. The system excellent. Air conditioning and tv  all operating well. ( Draw card - walls are thin between rooms and can hear people in corridors and rooms. This fortunately people staying very respectful and considerate. ( if muffled materials between walls could be reconsidered ) . Iron boards and iron along the corridor great idea . Waiting for a bike rack and maybe a friendly expresso machine or a kettle  if needing to wait before check in as a feel good 😊 would be a lovely touch to the services. Thankyou and I shared my experience to the agency already - in accordance with value and quality it was definitely worth the expected stay. ( families would struggle unless it was just for a staycation-for early birds.   Ideally a bicycles for hire would be a treat in addition to a highly accessible area for biking.

O quarto é um pouco exagerado 😂 ✔️ Duas camas duplas + duas camas individuais ✔️ Há sofá e frigorífico ✔️ O foco é UMA cozinha super grande!Sente-se que Pode ficar diretamente 😆 📍 O local também é conveniente Atracções próximas chegarão por alguns minutos de carro. Não há problema ～ Eu reservei Trip.com E a pontuação é ainda alta, realmente vale a Pena! Claro, há também alguns pequenos defeitos 🤣 Haverá ”horlo natural” de manhã 🐔 para você levantar E tubos de água ocasionalmente um pouco de som ～ Em geral, este preço é realmente Muito bom 👍 Vou pensar EM viver novamente!

The location is great, lively, but I didn't hear any street noises while sleeping. The cleanliness was so-so; there was hair on the bed, and no toilet paper in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was infuriatingly bad, absolutely terrible, and the staff knew but didn't fix it. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi signal was better in the shopping mall (this hostel is located in a shopping mall, hence the description). In other words, the Wi-Fi signal was better outside the hostel than inside the mall! Also, because it was self-check-in, contacting staff was sometimes difficult; many people were waiting at the door for a reply. Originally, it was for two nights, but it was changed to one night.

設施：房間很大很寬敞，餐桌在單獨的一個房間裏。熱水器和電吹風都可以正常使用，非常方便。裝修也很有風格，應該是有用心設計過 衞生：民宿的話沒有説每天打掃，但是整體來看非常ok的，進入大堂要拖鞋，地面和牆面應該刷過防水漆，感覺挺乾淨的。毛巾的話可能是消毒水的味道吧，味道有點熟悉又陌生。。。 環境：挺好的，就是靠近馬路的房間會比較吵，但是一般晚上1點左右就沒車了。這個民宿的位置很不錯，周圍找吃的坐公交很方便，出門左手走一走就是新世界小吃街，右邊走一走就是潮汕街 Kimberly夜市，有很多吃的還有按摩店，靠近警察局，晚上比較安全 服務：挺好的，在線客服基本有求必應的。有一天我的摺疊雨傘被其他住户誤拿了，跟酒店這邊説了一下很快就找到拿我傘的住户，住户送上了巧克力表達歉意，酒店額外贈送了一份作為聖誕禮物

When on to a vacation in Penang and choose to stay at Yan Hotel, 1st of all about this hotel is the strategy of this place which is very convenience and neraby to almost all the tourism attraction restaurants. The price also reasonable for room space given. There is only one issue is the placement of the aircond is not on the correct way of air flow as the bed is place on one side and the the aircond was fixed towards the other direction. So it not helpful or feel comfortable. This issue hope the management can fix.. since they upgrading and renovating the hotel this should be helpful for them to take notice. Overall a good stay there all the staffs are good and helpful except one chinese guy wear specs was so rude and no manners at all to behave towards customers.
