Este hotel é satisfatório em todos os aspectos: café da manhã, equipe atenciosa, localização e quarto confortável. *Café da manhã A variedade era ampla e deliciosa. O cardápio apresentava pratos de alta qualidade e com ótima apresentação. *Equipe A equipe foi gentil e prestou um excelente atendimento. No nosso último dia, eles providenciaram um transporte barato do hotel até um supermercado, o que foi muito útil. *Localização A estação de metrô fica a uma curta distância a pé, tornando a localização conveniente. *Quarto Todas as comodidades foram fornecidas, o chuveiro tinha boa pressão de água e água quente disponível todos os dias. Também recomendo o serviço de traslado do Aeroporto de Dhaka para o hotel. Com certeza me hospedaria neste hotel novamente quando visitar Dhaka.

Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).  Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.  I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!

Suite stay was comfortable, but fell short of expectations for the price. Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.

The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good, acceptable. Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside. Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

O quarto também é bom, Pode ser considerado Como um padrão de Quatro estrelas Na China. O pequeno-almoço é bom e rica!

Останавливались на 2 ночи, отель очень уютный и красивый. Завтраки просто великолепные, хотелось попробовать все. Но есть один минус о котором не предупреждают заранее. Большинство номеров имеют смежные двери из-за чего слышимость становится ужасной. Вечером было прекрасно слышно как в соседнем номере звонит телефон и кашель человека. Рано утром пришлось вскочить с кровати и ударить по смежной двери поскольку человек очень громко включил телевизор. Это конечно немного испортило впечатление об отдыхе
