Good Guest, for its price, and everything is clean and tidy by Indian standards. The room is true without air conditioning, or rather you have to pay extra for it, there is a fan and it was enough, the hotel can be found on Google maps, otherwise there is no way, it is not scary to walk ***** small streets, no one bothers, they offer to buy something and that's it, but this is India. The distance to the Ganges is 5-7 minutes. Very convenient location

Preço razoável para se hospedar em Varanasi, com fácil acesso direto de carro. O prédio novo foi inaugurado para o negócio do hotel, o que significa que há algumas deficiências no atendimento ao cliente e nas instalações, como a falta de chaleira, secador de cabelo e produtos de higiene pessoal, além do restaurante que abre tarde para servir o café da manhã. No entanto, a equipe é muito gentil, e o Sr. Rahaul demonstra uma atitude sincera ao receber os hóspedes.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous, rooms were clean, and the service was prompt. The location was convenient, and overall ambiance was peaceful. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

В номере бегала мышь!!! По столу! Простынь на одной кровати требовалось заменить (была в пятнах), попросили пододеяльники для покрывал. Предоставили 2 простыни вместо пододеяльников и попросили оплату за доп.белье. В других отелях всегда покрывала были в пододеяльниках. И кровати очень жёсткие. Мы были 2 дня,терпимо. Но ценник не низкий за такие условия.

Рекомендую! Приехала в Агру глубоко за полночь, меня радушно встретил хозяин, все рассказал/показал. В номере была одна. Горячая вода есть, душ просторный. Постельное белье не новое, но чистое! Позволили оставить вещи в отеле до вечера 👍

This is above 4 star hotel. Do not book 4 star other hotel this is one of the best hotel i visited. We stay every where but this hotel impreas us a lot. Very good staff. Near shopping market. Very clean. Have shaving kit, dental kit comb wet etc... I did not see luke this hotel in india at this price. Heads off to owner and stafff who take care. We asked weighting scale and they provided to do weight foe luggage which no hotel keep in india. Do not this you can book this hotel blindly. We are NRI and outside india working in oman aince 17 years. Cleanliness 10 out od 10 points. Book wuper delux room if available.. Thankyou staff..

Это просто лучшее место, в котором я останавливались в Индии. Потрясающе гостеприимные хозяева, которые заселили меня практически ночью из-за опоздания поезда, помогли объяснить таксисту, где находится отель, когда он заблудился, и при этом всем встретили меня как члена семьи. Номер был чистейший (впервые за несколько поездок), небольшой, но очень уютный со свежим ремонтом. С горячей водой не было проблем. Даже когда она закончилась - очень быстро нагрелась снова. Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца - идеально чистые. Отдельное спасибо за комплиментарный завтрак. Местоположение - прекрасное, пешком до Тадж Махала 15 минут. Единственное, о чем жалею, что не осталась на подольше.

Sempre que precisei de ajuda, todos foram bem falantes e o hotel também é bom, não há problema para casais, apenas prepare-se. O Zomato também está disponível. Pedi até mesmo à noite.

NNandiniSimply Wow! My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby. Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people. I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

DDzianis RThe location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.

They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

MMPMAGESExcellent service and support. Great location, near the main ghat. This is a guest house, not a hotel. So you have to be prepared to stay with minimal amenities. But it is enough for a spiritual tour. The owner is was very helpful and took care of me well. He is always reachable when you need help. This whole place are full of stairs and you have to be prepared to walk up and down the stairs. It is also away from the main road just like all other guesthouses near the ghat.
