AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch), and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, comfort, and convenience offered at such a reasonable price. This property is a great option for both business and leisure travelers who want to enjoy a clean, modern hotel with easy access to Nanchang’s main attractions. First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang. The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. If I had to mention a small drawback, it would be that the hotel does not have many luxury amenities like a gym, pool, or large restaurant. However, for the price and location, it offers exactly what most travelers need: a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with reliable service. In summary, MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch) offers excellent value for money. With its convenient metro access, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, it is a very good choice for visitors to Nanchang. GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner. During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings. Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended! 我们在这家云上小棧民宿度过了一次非常愉快的住宿体验！民宿位置十分优越，位于前往望仙谷景区最近的小街主干道上，周围有许多商店，但即使临街，房间依然安静，房间的隔音非常好，不受噪音影响。 房间与照片完全一致，非常干净整洁。但最让我们感动的是女老板和她弟弟无微不至的热情款待。从预订开始，女老板就在微信上非常及时地回复我们的所有问题，还贴心地帮我们安排了从高铁站到民宿的接送服务。 抵达民族宿时，我们意外收到了房间升级的惊喜，让我们可以住在相邻的房间，方便照顾年迈的父亲。我们到达时已是晚上9点，但仍然得到了热情的欢迎，老板娘还贴心地赠送了一份小礼物——一袋牛奶和面包，真的很温暖！ 入住期间，老板娘还特意邀请我们参加元宵节（十五暝）前夕的当地庆祝活动，让我们大开眼界，感受到浓厚的地方文化氛围。早餐方面，民宿提供早餐券，可以前往附近的商店用餐，我们连续两天尝试了不同的店家，每家都非常美味。 民宿还提供免费接送服务前往望仙谷景区，速度极快。我们打电话，几分钟内老板娘的弟弟就会到达接送我们，十分方便。退房时，像其他客人一样，我们还收到了一份精美的瓷碗作为纪念品，真的很用心！ 我们是马来西亚人，这是我们第一次在中国自由行，酒店的热情服务让整个旅程变得轻松又难忘，强烈推荐！

MMarianaVWe were very welcomed by the boss here in this place! The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. They provide free shuttle to the valley and also serve dinner and lunch for a very good price. We had dinner there when we arrived and the food was very tasty. The boss and her family are very nice and friendly. They also help us get a shared car back to the train station. I highly recommend this place!

WWHUHello. We are a couple from Holland and are spending our third week of our vacation in China in Huangling cun. We planned to only spend one night in Huangling but we were enjoying ourselves here so much that we extended our stay with an extra night. The B&B is located at the top of the mountain and our room at the B&B was also on the topfloor. The hallways on each floor and the room itself are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The room is fully equipped. All is looking tidy and sparkling clean. The door next gives access to a roof terrace with laundry facilities and wiring for hanging clothes to dry. The boss (Mme Zhan) gave us a warm welcome and came down the mountain to pick us up where the taxi driver could not go any further up. Although we booked the Tatami room she suggested us to move into the room next door. That one comes with a balcony. We gladly accepted her advice. After having refreshed ourselves in the room she showed us the footpath up the mountain that leads to the entrance. She told us to contact her via Wechat at the end of the evening so that she could bring us back to the hotel again. The next morning she brought us down the mountain so that we could have breakfast near the bus station. from there we could easily take the bus to another beautiful old village in the neighbourhood, Likeng. The boss dropped us off and wished us a good day. We did not know that while we were eating the went back up to the B&B and came down again to bring us an umbrella to provide shelter from rain or sunshine. We did not request this. We very much appreciated this kind and polite gesture. We had a great time in Huangling village on our first day. Our second day was in Likeng village. The atmosphere in Likeng was very relaxing. It felt really authentic and the people here are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you boss and thank you all fine people in Huangling village and Likeng village. We had the time of our lives in your beautiful villages 😍

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the bathroom even provided disposable bath towels. All the smart appliances could be conveniently voice-controlled using Xiaodu. However, the absolute highlight was the owner. He/She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even helping us with our luggage up and down the stairs. Their service was exceptionally patient and genuinely warm. We also had access to the guesthouse's electric vehicle for quick trips to and from Wangxian Valley scenic area, which was a huge time-saver compared to driving.

GGuest UserWe had an incredible stay at Wangxi Xiaozhu B&B during my trip to Wangxian Valley, and it truly exceeded all expectations – definitely deserves a full 5 stars! The room is beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style: light wood flooring, a super comfortable king-size bed with crisp white bedding and a soft beige throw, warm ambient lighting from the headboard, and plenty of space to unwind. Everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean – from the linens to the floors. Amenities like the electric kettle, mini fridge setup, and thoughtful touches (tissue box, power strips, air conditioning) made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the giant projector – we turned the lights off, curled up on the bed, and watched movies on a massive wall projection. It created the ultimate cozy movie night atmosphere after a day exploring the scenic area. The view from the window showed beautiful mountains, adding to the peaceful vibe. The bathroom was modern and luxurious: sleek frosted glass shower, smart toilet, backlit mirror, and plenty of fresh towels – everything immaculate and high-quality. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Wangxian Valley, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone wanting a comfortable, stylish base for their trip . Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful experience – They also provided complimentary ferry & pickup service for us to the wangxian Valley! Just 5-10 mins away. The boss can also arrange service back to the Shangrao railway station at a better rate than didi... Lastly, my sincere appreciation to the boss who informed me that I had left my pouch and valuables in the room during my last day. GGuest UserWhile riding the cable car, I heard tourists next to me exclaiming, ”What beautiful Hui-style architecture!” Looking up, you can see the undulating white walls and green tiles, with a simple and elegant background. As the cable car goes up, there is a rapeseed terrace field under your feet. It’s a pity that without the filter of sunlight and the color of the season, there are fewer bright colors. However, no matter when you come here, you can see colorful crops drying on the roofs. The color of the crops drying in the autumn is probably their unique skin color. Some people say that entering Huangling is like entering a game world. In the square at the entrance of the village, tourists used existing props to hold a general meeting of all members of the Huangling Brigade in an orderly manner. ”Dear villagers, we are gathered together today...” ”Little comrade, please be serious. Take your ice cream and sit down!” There was laughter everywhere. Along the stone road, you can meet the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of making straw raincoats. Seeing the straw raincoat, one can't help but think of the line ”A green bamboo hat, a green straw raincoat, no need to go home in the slanting wind and drizzle.” The straw raincoat, an ancient garment for wearing in the rain, is not as pretty and light as an oil-paper umbrella, but it carries the rich history of agricultural civilization. It contrasts with the surrounding mountains and terraces, forming a peaceful and beautiful pastoral picture. Along the way, there are free and casual tie-dye works, golden and crispy Huangling oil cakes, soft, glutinous and sweet handmade glutinous rice cakes, and NPC grandparents who feed you enthusiastically. I like the human touch here. From Jingdezhen to Huangling, I met very nice people along the way. The driver who came like a timely rain when we were catching the high-speed train; the passers-by who enthusiastically guided us to pick up our stored luggage at the exit; the passenger who picked up our ID cards and the lovely steward. Let me end with a quote from the B&B sister: “You are very good people, so the people you meet are also very good.” Kind people make Jingdezhen and Huangling warmer, and allow everyone who comes here to find their own warmth and touch.

CConnie M.A Heartwarming Home Away From Home: Exceptional Hospitality at Yunyashan Residence My recent, though short, stay at Yunyashan Residence in Shangrao was, without a doubt, the most personalized and genuinely heartwarming hospitality experience I have ever had while traveling. I was also pleased to find that the room looked exactly as advertised in the pictures, confirming the quality and truthfulness of their listing. As a solo traveler, finding support can sometimes be challenging, but the owner here provided absolutely tremendous support that made me feel safe and cared for. It truly felt like being welcomed into a Chinese family. The owner’s kindness goes far beyond the typical expectations of a hotel stay. When I had an unfortunate stomach problem, she immediately stepped in, cooking delicious and comforting rice with egg for me not once, but twice, all completely free of charge. Furthermore, she even washed my clothes, a generous gesture that showcases her remarkable dedication to guest comfort. These selfless acts were invaluable, particularly when traveling alone and feeling under the weather. Beyond the personal care, the residence also offers free transportation to the sightseeing site in Wangxian Valley Town, which is a fantastic and convenient perk for exploring the local area. My time at Yunyashan Residence was short, but it was incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere is tranquil, and the genuine warmth from the owner transformed a simple lodging experience into a deeply nurturing and memorable one. I highly recommend Yunyashan Residence to anyone seeking a peaceful stay paired with truly exceptional, familial hospitality in Shangrao.

When I found treasure in Jingdezhen and planned a trip to Jingdezhen, my expectation of accommodation was that I would have ”a clean bed” until I accidentally hit the ”Grassland Free Youth Hostel”. It completely reshaped my understanding of youth hostelsnot a place to stay, but a place of surprise that combines design, convenience and community spirit. This delicate care makes people feel more comfortable than expected. The ”luxury” details are called ”luxury”, not magnificent. But the texture and intentions reflected everywhere. I stayed in a quadruple room. I thought it would be a common iron frame bed. I didn't expect it to be a custom solid wood bed, which was stable and quiet. The mattress is very supportive, with high-branch cotton bedding, and the quality of sleep is unexpectedly good. The independent locker is equipped with an electronic lock and is full of security. The bathroom space is even more bright. The separation of dry and wet is very thorough. The shower water pressure is abundant and stable. It uses toiletries from well-known brands. This detail is rare in the Youth Hostel. The most interesting part of this hostel is that it builds a three-dimensional miniature community. On the second floor where I live, it is a vibrant youth hostel headquarters. Young people from all over the world learn about cooking in the public kitchen and share travel stories in the leisure area. The atmosphere is free and warm. The first floor needs to be up, and the third floor is a professional foot shop. After visiting Taoxichuan and the sculpture porcelain factory for a whole day, my feet are exhausted. You can enjoy a professional massage and relax directly on the third floor. The quality benchmark of the whole building is an intercity hotel on the fourth floor. Out of curiosity, I went to visit it specially. Its decoration standards, room configuration and service level are completely for the standard high-end business hotel, but a bit expensive for five or six hundred and one nights, and the quiet atmosphere complements the activity on the second floor. The fascinating aspect of ”freedom of grass” is that it accurately captures the core needs of modern young travelers: aspiration for a design and quality accommodation, but also a down-to-earth social atmosphere and high travel convenience. It is accessible at the friendly price of the hostel, but offers the possibility of experience across multiple consumer levels.
