較差:購買了兩套前台推薦的太白山門票套票，也沒給解釋清楚還要註冊登記，結果第二天到了景區不讓進，還要排隊登記，一部手機衹能註冊一套門票，結果廢了一張門票，自己掏腰包又買了一套，折騰了一個小時進了景區，人流已經上來了，體驗很不好！建議酒店對前台做好培訓，賣了遊客門票就得負責到底，解釋清楚，體驗才更好！"

"房間設施：我們定的是親子家庭套房，房間是loft上下兩間，都有獨立的衞生間，一層的陽台有獨立泡池。房間面積雖然不太大，但是設施很齊全。泡池很棒，雖然是半室外，把簾子温度完全可以，我們一歲的寶寶也完全沒有問題！
管家服務：服務很到位，前台的小姐姐小哥哥從入住幫忙拿行李到退房幫忙寄存行李，拿到車上，態度都特別棒！客房服務也非常到位，晚上幫忙給套被子，看見有小寶寶幫忙拿了床圍欄，還幫忙安裝到位！尤其是，退房忘記了寶寶的洗頭帽，還很熱心幫忙寄回西安，非常感謝！！！！
周邊環境：環境很舒適。無論是室內的畫廊，咖啡廳，早餐廳，還是鹿野仙蹤，都很適合帶寶寶玩！室外的園林景觀做的也是一步一景，令人心曠神怡！"

Guest UserA very casual hotel. The balcony has mountains and water, very pleasant, hot springs, and the balcony is emotional. There are trails along the riverside around, suitable for walking after breakfast or walking in the evening. The hotel is located in a secluded location, less than ten minutes from Tangzhen Didi, and takes the traffic bus from Taibai Mountain National Forest Park. It is a rare hotel to arrive in 15 minutes on foot. I like it very much. I will come next time!
The only suggestion to the hotel is to improve the quality of breakfast, which will add points.

養生温泉:泡了兩三次 很不錯

桌球使用兩小時:這個沒使用
車可以直接停到自己住的院子旁邊 很方便
價格還是很硬的 希望價格能更親民一點
不過都是獨院私湯 這個價格也算可以了 希望多出優惠哦
