Отель небольшой, удобно расположен. Удобная автопарковка у отеля. Рядом большой парк, галерея с минеральной водой. В отеле чисто и аккуратно. Отзывчивый персонал. Номер удобный со свежим ремонтом. Так как отель расположен на первом этаже, вида из окна на горы ожидать не приходится. Из недостатков, немного великовата слышимость через входную дверь и по чему-то зубную пасту надо запрашивать отдельно, хотя все остальные принадлежности в полном объёме. В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление.

Чистый отель, уютный. Но не очень удобно расположен. Хотя от вокзала полчаса пешком. Нет лифта. Пришлось чемоданы тащить на третий этаж. Нет завтраков. Но в общем на небольшой срок все устроило. В принципе рекомендую

Очень приветливый персонал, особенно высокая администратор – Шойинка! Очень приветливо встретила, рассказала о достопримечательностях местности, со ориентировала по магазинам. Помещение чистое, аккуратные. Единственный недостаток, может это для нас с ребёнком, это третье этаж

Отличный отель, комната большая, просторная! Все очень удобно, ресторан, который располагается прямо рядом с отелем очень красивый и кормят хорошо, мы взяли комплексный ужин и завтрак. Только при выселении очень странно, по рации администратор говорит горничной бежать проверять комнату…ээээ….странное отношение, очень не понравилось это! Остальное все супер, рекомендуем!

Отличный отель!!! Замечательное расположение, буквально, в трёх минутах ходьбы от станции Золотушка, до центра Ессентуки пять минут на электричке. Очень светлый и приятный отель, замечательные вежливые девчонки на рецепции, чистый номер, безупречное постельное белье и полотенца. Отличный интернет. В одном из отзывов прочитала о том, что номер похож на офис, но ведь это же Бизнес-отель., поэтому и обстановка соответствующая, деловая!!!)) Всем советую бронировать с завтраком, очень сытно и вкусно!! Спасибо Администратору Светлане и накормила и проводила )))!!! И девушке (к сожалению, не спросила ее имя), которая встретила в день заезда тоже огромное спасибо!!! В следующий раз только в этот отель!!! ))

ИИрина Крылова777A beautiful hotel on all 10 of 10. Service, cleanliness, design, yes all- just chic! The flavors, cosmetics, even patches in the refrigerator were, mini bar- 👍 met with champagne, when you left, gave a present. Breakfast (already words are not enough) - ALL Very cool! We definitely recommend it! Going to massage and bath procedures, delighted!

IIllias Guo入住酒店碰到了酒店登記的問題。記得在俄羅斯每入住一家酒店都要讓前台做好落地簽登記。
酒店設施較老。房間很小，但是價格不便宜。
早餐有中文指示。
周邊沒有超市。
隔音很差，隔壁看電視到一點鐘，睡得不好。

1. Booked with trip.s, the description of the room indicated that the room I booked would be with a view to the mountains.
On the fact of arrival: 1 floor with view of nothing!!!!
2. In a quick description it was written that there was some brand hot source. I really wanted to relax in the evening, rest.
As a result: The nearest hot source is 20km.
3. Wei Fai in our room hasn't caught on bed, only on the couch.
All this has spoiled the impression very much.
Of the pluses:
1. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the smell is pleasant in the room, the character is polite, there is a microwave in the hall, a children's room.
2. Location at the Park.
We specifically took this hotel with the view that it will be a hot source.
Perhaps the hotel should correct its description on the trip.som website so that people have a match of expectation-reality.

Everything is very convenient, the restaurant that is located right next to the hotel is very beautiful and feed well, we took a comprehensive dinner and breakfast. Only when evicted is very strange, on the radio the administrator says the maid to run to check the room...heeee.... strange attitude, very didn't like it! The rest is super, recommend!

GGuest UserA strange hotel,location 5 of 5,I want to return,it is the general impression of a very distinctive guest.Hotel in the forest, took the forest room in the main body,the species are enchanted,ponoramely windows on the 2nd walls of the 40-meter room,the ceilings are also high,the lingerie, Mattress-all at the level,wake up under the singing of birds.Spa is excellent, took the detox and just massage-very recommended,the pool and the Hamam in the morning were happy.Restaurant in the hotel at 4,think you can find more interesting places, But after walking we were lazy.4 put only for service:They didn't report the coffee bags in the room, when they were evicted waiting for a long check.

ССергей ПВA small hotel is on the 3rd floor. It is practically on the stadium. I had a view from the window of Mount Snake and the stadium. The restaurant is not available but there is a billiard on the 2nd floor and a bar in it. I was fed there for breakfast for dinner, thank you for that because I didn't have to go anywhere or order and wait for delivery. Breakfasts as I understood for the extra charge are. Very clean and warm. polite staff. I stayed for the night before leaving the airport. The number was for one.

OOlgagoJust a magnificent location in the very center of the city! To the park flower minutes 10 walk through a small street and walking boulevard. It is better not to think. To Kirov Street is also 10 minutes walk. In general, it is the most center, while - here quietly.
In one building with the hotel there is a cafe where you can have lunch or order outdoor food. It's saved if you spent a whole day in the mountains and come home in the evening without any force. The kitchen in the cafe is great.
The room I got an angle, and it was super: very much light, in the morning and at the sunset the sunlight literally filled the room! (There are black curtains, just I liked this sunshine).
The air conditioner is placed smart, does not blow on the bed. It is also important.
The room had a refrigerator, a teapot, a fan, slippers and a coat - a basic set for comfortable accommodation.
In the general hall there is a smooth board and a tug.
Staff is restrained and cute, no one is intruding on your personal space.
In general, I find this place super pleasant!

EElena PereshivkoЯ в первый раз отдыхала в Кисловодске, но обойдя самые красивые места города, поняла, что выбор Астории был однозначно удачным. Отель находится в пешей доступности от знаковых достопримечательностей и парка. И сам является архитектурным шедевром )) В номере есть все необходимое, даже утюг с гладильной доской. Завтраки выше всяких похвал! Бала и овсяная каша, и овощи, яйца в любом виде, сыр и слабосоленая семга, сухофрукты и орехи, невероятно вкусные сырники и запеканка, круассаны и это ещё не все...Шампанское и превосходный кофе, среди фруктов были даже ананасы и киви. В общем, я предпочла не пропускать завтрак ранним экскурсиям 🙈. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!
