Eu estava muito hesitante em reservar a vila à beira-mar porque às vezes não é o que parece na internet. Foi uma pena, mas perguntei na recepção se eles poderiam fazer um upgrade no meu quarto, mesmo que por apenas algumas noites. Felizmente, eles tinham um disponível para duas noites. Eles fizeram um upgrade no meu quarto, claro, com um pagamento adicional. Depois, voltei para a casa na árvore, que é ainda maior que a vila, mas um pouco longe da praia. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito receptivos, não tenho do que reclamar. No entanto, se você não está acostumado com galinhas te acordando de manhã, a casa na árvore não será sua melhor escolha, pois abaixo dela fica o mini zoológico e o jardim. Mas se você estiver disposto, é uma experiência realmente incrível. O restaurante, o bar e o café são incríveis, a comida, a bebida, o preço e, principalmente, a equipe. Todos foram acolhedores! A localização é um pouco longe da cidade e de outros estabelecimentos. No entanto, você pode pegar uma das bicicletas deles emprestada para pedalar. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia neste hotel. Você realmente aproveitará seu dinheiro.

O proprietário foi muito acolhedor. A casa era um bangalô tradicional tailandês no jardim. Os quartos eram limpos e totalmente equipados, e o local era muito silencioso à noite. A localização era excelente, a menos de dez minutos a pé da Praia de Lamai. Havia muitos restaurantes e bares nas proximidades, e a comida tinha um ótimo custo-benefício.

Eu recomendaria alugar uma motoneta no porto de balsas. (Se for por onde você está chegando) então é mais barato no geral. O albergue oferece viagens de balsa, mas custam 750 bahts, o que é super caro. A localização é um pouco longe da agitação do centro, o que nós amamos. Nós sentimos como se fosse um refúgio escondido. Tudo é facilmente acessível com seu próprio transporte. Nós escolhemos a cabana de praia com vista para o mar, que não percebemos que ficava a 2 km da fazenda de acampamento normal onde fica a cozinha/lavanderia. Isso foi bom para nós, pois tínhamos uma motoneta e uma chaleira em nossa cabana. A área da praia tem 5 cabanas no total e também um bar/restaurante na praia com ela. Há um 7/11 e V save a 1 km de distância também. A cama era tão confortável e eu tive algumas das melhores noites de sono que já tive na Tailândia. A rede mosquiteira tem muitos furos, então esteja preparado para prender alguns com alfinetes de segurança! A estrada para chegar à acomodação é muito irregular e cheia de buracos. Isso é bom se você for um motorista de ciclomotor confiante, mas pode deixar algumas pessoas desconfortáveis ​​(especialmente à noite). Com o tempo, você descobre as melhores rotas! Nice resort with a large spacious rooms and bathrooms that actually feature a bathtub. Located just off the main ring road at Lammai Beach, there are plenty of attractions nearby and lots of restaurants to pick and choose- something different every night! The pool has a warerfall feature and there is access to the beachfront through the restaurant. The staff are very helpful and can arrange tours, rental of scooters or laundry at your request. Will gladly stay here again.

Okay hotel but 2 things i did not like. The road to it is closed which results in a 10 minute round drive to reach it and the balcony could not be closed! So basically everybody can enter from the balcony! Didn't feel safe 100%

The hotel is still under construction (the ground floor is ready for occupancy). Cons: since the hotel has only partially opened, to check in you need to call and inform about the reservation, after which the man on duty there will give you the keys. The neighbors have roosters that crow very loudly early in the morning. Noise insulation is poor (perhaps this is a temporary disadvantage), despite the fact that our room was by the sea, the road noise on the opposite side of the hotel was very strong. And the last minuses are a clogged drain in the bathroom and a lack of towels (I hope these problems will be resolved in the future with the expected hotel). On the plus side: the hotel is located right by the sea, you can enjoy a gorgeous view on the balcony. Spacious room, very bright, glass doors to the floor on the balcony, clean bed linen and overall the room is very good.

Booked this hotel as our first stop in Thailand while travelling, our plane came late and we arrived a few hours after reception closed, but the owner waited for us to arrive and was very friendly and welcoming, he was incredibly kind and talkative, always will say hello when passing by. The location is great, Lamai is quieter than Chaweng so perfect for families/couples or travellers who aren’t looking for nightlife and are after some more restful days. The hotel is right on the beach and opposite a 7/11, also a walk away from some great restaurants and the lamai night market, it is additionally closer to some sights than Chaweng is. The amenities are great, the bed was large and there was a fridge in the room which is a plus. Would definitely recommend to someone who was after a quieter accommodation on Koh Samui!

For the price of a hostel, you get a room in the heart of the most lively party district. This hotel isn't suitable for a quiet night's sleep and relaxation. We only booked it for one night to shower and get a bit of sleep. We paid extra for a room facing the courtyard, but it would have been better to face the street! The entrance is unassuming, marked by a blue 'Hotel' sign.
