We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Excellent budget hotel. Good location couple of things to note probably @ Trip.com fault not hotel Your booking doesn’t guarantee “free parking” you only get that if booking direct. Trip falsely advertise free parking. Also there was a surcharge to pay at check in approx 800 krona again trip won’t disclose this. For these reasons I avoided booking through trip my next booking. Hotel was excellent and good fresh breakfast.

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

Great location and good facilities. It offers good value for money. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was very unstable during my second stay. Other than that, I was quite satisfied.

Well-located hotel at an affordable price in Reykjavik. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the hotel. The rooms are simple, but they have everything you need for one night. The view of the street from the ground floor felt a bit strange. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good, although the room was a little too small considering how crowded it was.

This large bed room, with its shared bathroom setup, felt quite private. The bedding was decent, and the bathroom was clean and not heavily used. Overall, it had a Japanese capsule hotel vibe. The best part was the communal area on the first floor, offering free paper bowls, cutlery, and hot water – super convenient for making instant noodles without having to buy cup noodles. The only downside was that the price was a bit higher than your average hostel.

The location is convenient, especially for tour pickups！Additionally, the shared bathroom facilities were reasonably well-maintained by the guests. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room fell short of basic hospitality standards. It was evident that the pillowcases and bed sheets had not been changed prior to my check-in, as they had a noticeable, unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, there was no way to resolve this issue over the weekend. The front desk only operates Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 This limited schedule is quite inconvenient for weekend guests, leaving us to handle maintenance issues entirely on our own. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I hope management addresses these housekeeping and customer service gaps for future guests.

Overall, it was okay. The receptionist was nice, and the facility was quite good as well. However, please note that parking is limited. If you arrive too late, you may need to park outside, where payment is required until 9 PM.

Nice hotel. Very stylish exterior. The hotel is very conveniently located on the way from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik. We stayed the day we arrived in Iceland and the last two days after traveling around the island before returning home. Good breakfast. It is very important that there is a restaurant that is open from 18:00 to 22:00, because in Iceland finding food after 17:00 is another challenge... Free parking. There is a supermarket nearby (500 meters on foot). The Airport-Reykjavik bus stop is also near the hotel (50 meters) for those who do not rent a car. Highly recommend if you are happy with the price of this hotel when booking! On the downside, the tap water smells like sulfur, but this is Iceland - a country of geothermal springs!)) P.S. the hotel has a free swimming pool with geothermal warm water + sauna for visitors. They work until 22:00.

Each floor has a bathroom, and the kitchen is very well-equipped with pots, pans, and all sorts of utensils, plus a dishwasher. I even put my own bowl in to wash and forgot to take it out! I didn't have breakfast, but it smelled really good. It's quite close to the bus terminal; there's an underpass. On the first day, I got a bit lost and had to go around in circles to find it. Just a heads-up, remember to bring your own disposable slippers!
