The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

I booked this hotel because I was attending an exhibition. It's close to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride. Since it's a chain hotel, there are many branches throughout Jakarta, so make sure to double-check the hotel address when booking; it's easy to make a mistake.
