The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

Just okay! The room, service, breakfast worth the money. Not bad for short trip.

The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

This is a new and affordable hotel, simple, small, and not far from the airport. It's perfect for travelers who are just transiting to or from Soetta Airport, and the price is in line with my expectations of what the hotel would be like. There's an Indomart open 24/7 and a money changer next door, and it's easy to find food. Overall, this hotel is perfect for transit travelers on a budget.

Overall hotelnya bagus, cuma ada yg kurang. Bantal sm selimutnya sdh kliatan kusam (yg tdnya putih, jd kecoklatan) trs sarapan, sarapannya untuk pilihannya standar hotel sekelasnya. Yg kurang baru ngerasain 1x nginep disuguhin sarapan lauknya telor balado dan nuget, dibanding hotel sekelasnya menurut sy, sangat kurang.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

For the age of the place it was Very Clean and tidy..with a very cheap Rate.. Reasonable distance to Jakarta Airport 20 minutes away with a regular Shuttle service. The Staff Very helpful ..the Restaurant had pleasant Service staff with refreshing drinks and hot food available until.11pm with Room Service 24/7..
