We really struggled with the service here. I told them I was getting married and I have family staying with them as well as family scattered at other nearby hotels. Royal Azur is the only hotel that would not cooperate with us to allow guests into the hotel. We were stopped multiple times at the front gate and the staff in the front desk would not accommodate our needs. Weddings are stressful as it is, however, the hotel did not alleviate any of that and added more levels of stress. I will not be coming back here.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe.

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation.

Personnel très accueillant mais standing des chambres qui n’est pas à la hauteur de 5 stars et une partie de l’hôtel est actuellement en rénovation; donc trop de bruit..

Esta é a segunda vez que viemos para esta aldeia de férias.O estacionamento é Muito flexível, estrito, seguro, tranquilo, relaxante.O buffet é Muito rico, OS funcionários são Muito amigáveis e entusiasmados, sempre que necessário, podem fornecer ajuda a tempo.Os funcionários são fluidos e comunicam SEM obstáculos! A relação custo-benefício é Muito alta para as férias.A próxima vez deve ser no Verão, porque é Muito bonito ver a piscina!

Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!
