Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!

An absolutely stunning place with great service. It boasts stunning views over the sea. the food is great and the Spa is excellent. Special shout out to Soumaya in the Spa, she’s terrific

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation.

Personnel très accueillant mais standing des chambres qui n’est pas à la hauteur de 5 stars et une partie de l’hôtel est actuellement en rénovation; donc trop de bruit..

It is a great hotel. The location of the hotel is particularly good and the environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The hotel has its own private beach and is very quiet. The hotel is very close to the old town and walks 20 minutes to Madina. The service is warm and thoughtful. The best is the restaurant, the hotel double room provides two people with a special rich breakfast and dinner for free. In short, everything is beyond expectations, especially recommended

酒店規模，房間超大，從房間走到餐廳/前台要有徒步準備。 泳池多樣，海灘躺椅充足。 是這次突尼斯行程最滿意的酒店。

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe.

J’ai été surpris par l’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe de cet hôtel, un personnel très respectable professionnel, très accueillant bienveillant. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. C’est un endroit très calme pour se poser tranquillement la propreté de cette hôtel mérite ces cinq étoiles sur chaque classement en en garde un super bon souvenir et hâte de revenir prochainement. J’ai remercie encore particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l’accueil réception et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment y a rien à dire. Allez allez-y, les yeux fermés pour ceux qui veulentséjourner dans cet hôtel vous serez super bien acquis. Merci encore et j’espère à très bientôt.

A equipe do hotel é excepcional. Adorei o profissionalismo e a dedicação deles. Destaque especial para a equipe da recepção, que nos recebeu com profissionalismo e gentileza, ouviu nossas reclamações com um sorriso e reagiu de forma adequada. A gerente de atendimento ao cliente (Haifa) também é ótima. Os quartos são muito limpos, mas os móveis são bem antigos para um hotel 5 estrelas (alguns móveis de madeira quebrados...). Principais pontos fracos: 1- O cardápio de almoço/jantar era exatamente o mesmo e tivemos que fazer uma reclamação por isso. No dia seguinte, porém, foi satisfatório. 2- Tivemos que passar por uma área com porta aberta para ir à piscina coberta durante um dia frio, o que foi muito desconfortável (pegamos um resfriado depois disso). 3- Reservamos um quarto com tudo incluído e ainda precisamos pagar pela academia? Por quê?
