We had to change our plans at short notice and find a hotel. A local friend seemed to know where the hotel was and confirmed it was quite near to where we were all meeting as well as a very short walk from Ipswich Station.. It was very pleasing to the eye inside and the room was also to a high standard. Couldn't fault this hotel. Breakfast was extremely good too. I have already recommended it to friends.

Parquei e deixou o Nosso carro no parque de carros do clube de jockey e pegou o autocarro para o curso de corrida.Voltou depois do nosso Lindo dia de corrida e chegou.Temos UMA bela sala de olhos para OS jardins. As quartos têm bons mobiliários, muito bons.O banheiro é enorme.Com um Grande banho com chuveiro e um duche separado, duplos e espelhos enormes.Cargas de água quente e pressão forte de água.O pequeno-almoço também é um negócio muito bonito. Serviu EM UMA Linda sala.Muitos menus continentales e cozinhados.Tivemos iogurte, composta de frutas e granola, sumo, torradeira, pastelaria, omeleta e um rato fumado.Eu amo o Lugar, tão cheio de história. Tenho de ir de novo, porque não tive tempo suficiente para levar tudo. Não posso esperar.

Good location, was able to check bags in a little earlier than 3pm with helped us out LOADS! Room was nice, had air con which was fantastic as was a very hot day. Only thing I can fault is that it was a family room (which we needed) but the beds was quiet high my youngest is 3 & he fell out the bed in the night & hurt himself. Could do with those side rails that you can slip under the mattress to stop the kids from falling out. Partfrom that couldn’t really fault them. Oh also, it’s was LOVELY AND QUIET the whole time we was there, which made the trip as when you’ve had a busy day out and about the last thing you want is to be able to hear everybody else. But there was NO EXTERNAL NOISE!

Quite a wacky, quirky hotel- which we love! The main hotel is unique and fab, but the rooms are tired and outdated and could be cleaned to a higher standard. The tap water is not drinkable, so more drinking water also needs to be provided and accessible in double and twin rooms- one bottle for two people is not enough. When phoning reception to request two bottles of water, we were still only given one and the empty bottle we had was also weirdly and awkwardly requested and collected at our door first, before we were allowed more water, which was then bought separately and left outside the room? Just a little odd when they have to provide drinking water. A great location hotel though and we actually love the extravagant, crazy style of the main hotel and have been back 3 times and would stay again when in the area for work. You have to see it to believe it!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the front desk explained very carefully, the breakfast was delicious, 5 minutes away from the town, bury was very nice, I will stay at this hotel next time.

Lovely hotel, has all you need plus free sweets! Nice warm room. Loved the carbon friendly deal whereby you get a free drink if you don't want your room serviced! Great staff, friendly and helpful. Easy 20 minute walk to town centre.

Ok. Basic. Services room and not hotel so a little hard to navigate.

1. The water pressure in shower was very bad and it took long time before it got hot. 2. The service during breakfast was not good, to long time before cleaning tables.

All the 5 out of 5 are the answer.Very friendly staff.Always willing to have a chat. Spotlessly clean.Quite.Good food.Plenty of parking. On a bus route.Right next to Transport museum. Good upmarket location.Good decor.
