"The location of the hotel is very convenient - 10 min walk away from the convention centre. The train station and bus station is nearby and the walk to the nearby turbocat makes the hotel in a prime location for transport. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Although I check in early and the rooms were not ready, they were nice to allow us to use the facilites on the 21st floor to relax and shower. Also on the 21st floor is the rooftop bar which has the best views of South bank and the skyline. The Vista King Suite was a huge room with large bathroom sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. It took me awhile to find the door, which was hidden behind a glass door enclosure to block out noise. Housekeeping was efficient and meticulous. Breakfast was either in the cafe on G/F or the 21st floor. Servings were hearty and filling from the a la carte menu."

"Stayed at the end of trip to the Sunshine Coast. The hotel is situated in a great area of Brisbane but overall service wasn’t the best. We ate the Greek restaurant first night but couldn’t hear each other at dinner due to the construction noise outside. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care about it. Working in the industry I know the hotel was informed of this activity. But guests were not informed. I complained but the mangager was too busy to see me at reception. If I had known about the construction I would have made the reservation. Pool was overcrowded every day. Acoustics between room and corridor and terrace very poor. When someone operates the blinds you can hear and when they are on the phone in the terrace you can hear the calls. If you use the glassware or cups. You have to call reception to have them replaced otherwise when the room is cleaned they just take them away. The location is good though with good choices for other F&B venues so you don’t have to eat at the hotel!"

"We stayed here for a family trip. The location was excellent, and the views from our room exceeded our expectations – they were truly stunning. The hotel's surroundings were incredibly convenient, with a station, supermarket, and various restaurants all nearby, making our stay very easy. We also felt a wonderful sense of warm hospitality, as our requests for extra towels and coffee were handled with great care and attention. The only minor regret was that our room wasn't ready at 3:10 PM, causing a slight delay in check-in. However, despite this, it's a fantastic hotel that I would definitely love to visit again."

"This is a hotel that up to standard - it may not be the best in the world but I believe it is one of the best in Cairns. The location is a bit far - it take a good 15 mins walk to likely everywhere in Cairns city center. However it is one of the newest hotel in the town and could give you a good and fair service. The buildings in the hote and the pool is beautiful. When you walk around the town you will find all big brands hotel in the world but they all looks like historical buildings."

"The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average."

The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the pier. They don't provide bottled water, and there's no facility to get drinkable water, so you'll need to buy your own from the supermarket. Drying clothes on the balcony is prohibited, so bring extra swimsuits or a portable drying device. The shower easily wets the bathroom floor.

The hallway in front of the lift was covered with dust and hairs during our two-night stay. No kidding, for two days those hairs were in the same spots. We asked for the second bedroom to be set with twin beds, but they set both rooms with twin beds. We went to the front desk and explained what went wrong. After dinner, both bedrooms were rearranged to king beds. The indoor swimming pool wasn't heated, or I should say Hilton's indoor pool was much warmer, and the sauna was better too. I heard it was the Gold Coast Show Day, so they were very busy. But I don't think that is an excuse for not delivering standard services. (I wasn't expecting high-quality service due to the show day, but at least keeping it standard). Great view, no doubt!

Location: I think this is one of the more convenient locations in Gold Coast. Facilities: However, it doesn't have its own beach, only a saltwater pool. The breakfast is quite rich; it would be best if it could be delivered to the room. There's a car service from the airport to the hotel, but the tram isn't very reliable and sometimes stops running, so don't cut it close when going to the airport. This hotel is centrally located in Gold Coast, making it suitable for getting anywhere, and transportation is readily available. If convenience is your priority, this place is a good choice. Room service is also excellent, and it offers great value for money. Service: There was a welcome drink upon check-in, and the staff were all friendly, though there was no Chinese-speaking service.

An incredibly satisfying experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean and the facilities were brand new. The super-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious. The sea view room was fantastic; lying in bed and gazing at the ocean was wonderfully relaxing. The hotel service was excellent – whenever I had an issue, someone was there to help immediately. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, five stars!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a wide variety of dining options right downstairs. Our family of three booked a suite, and they added a single bed in the living room, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was also very rich and diverse, offering great value for money! A quick tip: there aren't as many hotels in Cairns as one might expect, and even during the off-season, this hotel's rooms can be scarce. It's best to book your entire stay at once, as trying to extend your reservation day-by-day might mean you won't find availability.

This is a very refined hotel. Although the main entrance isn't grand, the hotel's interior design is excellent and I really liked it. The room was also very well-appointed. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, which made communication very convenient. The hotel's location is also great, right next to the CBD. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk from the central station. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options. They also have a well-equipped gym. I would definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Brisbane.

Let me start by saying — this place looks like a five-star resort, and honestly, it’s almost pulling it off. From the front desk to the landscaping, the vibes are immaculate. Reception staff? Absolute pros. Warm, efficient, and welcoming. The hotel itself? Gorgeous. The grounds? Pristine. It cannot go unsaid that the place is surely lovely! But then… housekeeping entered the chat. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or just spiritually opposed to consistency, but cleaning was less “meticulous upkeep” and more “vague suggestion.” Every day was a fresh new episode of What Will They Forget This Time? Towels? Maybe. Trash bins? Who knows. Soap? That’s a Tuesday-only luxury, apparently. One day the bed was made, but the sinks and mirrors clearly hadn’t been touched. Another day, they left their cleaning supplies in the bathroom—so at least some effort was made, I guess? The shower floor remained perpetually sandy, a charming little ecosystem of ants set up camp in our kitchenette, and the grand finale: we returned from a day exploring the stunning Daintree to find our room door left wide open. Thanks, housekeeping. Truly unforgettable. By day five I wasn’t even mad, I was invested. Was this performance art? Were we part of a social experiment? Is this how minimalism starts? So yeah, stunning hotel, flawless front desk, but housekeeping? Shithouse! Blinds are filthy in the rooms and no sheer curtains for day time privacy. Would I return? Maybe. But I’m bringing my own towels. And a mop.
