The hotel is new, but not everything is quite right! The size of the bed linen and duvet cover is incorrect, so the duvet can only be folded to fit inside the duvet cover. The duvet cover has no buttons, zipper, or pocket at the end, meaning that every guest's feet are constantly in contact with the duvet inside (hygiene!). The duvets themselves are high quality (but not the bed linen). The bed frames are very basic and of poor quality. They are a primitive, thin wooden construction, with the slats having to be supported in the middle by a wooden slat; otherwise, they would break under pressure. This causes rattling noises when people over 90 kg move in bed. How could they install such a bed frame in a new hotel?! The staff is very friendly, but having the shower in the bedroom instead of a bathroom isn't to everyone's liking.

Em termos relativos, é barato e rentável. A sala é pequena, mas estava muito limpa quando cheguei. O que é surpreendente é que o Service Apartemnt não tem serviço. O quarto é limpo uma vez a cada 5 dias. Então, basicamente, ninguém limpa. Se você gosta de estar limpo, precisa limpar o lixo, dobrar as colchas e arrumar o banheiro sozinho. A casa de banho tem piso aquecido, por isso é confortável entrar descalço…

O hotel em si não é novo, mas está muito bem conservado e não houve inconvenientes em termos de instalações ou limpeza. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e o café da manhã foi delicioso. E a localização é realmente ótima! Fica no centro da cidade velha, por isso é fácil caminhar ou comer perto do castelo, e você pode fazer compras debaixo do rio..? Foi bom estar ao lado de uma rua movimentada com muitos moradores :)

Ich war da schon zweiten mal. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer ist bequem. Und das ist für guten Preis. 👍 Danke schön!

Recomendo sinceramente este hotel a todos. A relação custo-benefício é muito alta e é o único hotel na Europa que cobra imposto municipal. O serviço de recepção é muito bom, e o café da manhã é muito farto e gratuito. Há um ponto de metrô e ônibus na porta, o que torna conveniente ir a qualquer lugar. O quarto é silencioso e bem ventilado. O layout da sala é um pouco estranho. O banheiro fica no meio do quarto, então há um corredor extra. A roupa de cama era normal, mas limpa. O secador de cabelo funcionava intermitentemente. Mas o banheiro é limpo, com separação de secos e molhados. A experiência geral é muito boa, e as falhas não superam os méritos. No shopping perto do Palácio Real, me deparei com a melhor banda tocando Caracalla.

It is a wonderful hotel especially with the shuttle bus arrangement. A perfect hotel for a short layover for/from airport. The concierge is responsive and able to attend queries effectively and timely. Minor suggestion is to provide a clearer guidance on the airport shuttle service especially the waiting stand at the airport.

I stayed here for a whole week on a business trip, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The overall environment was fantastic. Getting around was super convenient, with a subway and bus station right nearby, making it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, and the coffee at the hotel was rich and flavorful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
