Booked with a coupon for Pudong, which gave me a ¥100 discount. Great value for money, including a one-night stay, hot spring tickets for one adult and two children, and two breakfasts. It was for a family birthday, and they even gifted us an extra hot spring ticket and a breakfast that we originally had to pay for. The service attitude was excellent. With the cold weather, a hot spring soak was perfect! Thumbs up! 😄

My stay here was beyond expectations! They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a huge plus. Every detail in the hotel made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at the front desk for her warm assistance. The hotel's design is incredibly artistic, making every corner a perfect spot for photos. What truly stands out is the service team; they treat you like family, making you feel incredibly safe and relaxed.

The room was comfortable; although the facilities were a bit old, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The lobby had a strong Christmas vibe. My return flight was late, and the check-in staff kindly helped me arrange a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent; the Pudong Art Museum had a new exhibition, and it was within walking distance, saving me the hassle of traffic. Public transport was also very convenient, and there were plenty of options for dining out or ordering delivery. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai. My overall experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao Tower was excellent. The hotel boasts a prime location with expansive views, offering a tranquil yet grand atmosphere. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and elegance of a high-end hotel. The room was spacious and tidy, with well-maintained facilities and comfortable bedding that ensured a very high quality of sleep. The staff were professional and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping, all were very welcoming and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with good quality food and a comfortable restaurant setting. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. The overall value for money is high, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, a friend recommended it, and overall, it was fantastic. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; they even have a powerful hairdryer and strong water pressure. The staff were outstanding; they proactively offered tea during check-in and even gave us a small souvenir gift bag when we left. We were very pleased. Every staff member served with a smile, and the lobby on the first floor has a children's play area and a Disney shuttle service. It's only 6.8km from Disneyland, making the location very convenient. It's also just 800 meters from the subway station, so getting to and from places is super easy. Right across from the hotel, there's a 24-hour supermarket, and next to it, a free parking lot. The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza, about 500 meters away, and there are many BBQ and hot pot restaurants nearby, plus a Shanghai snack street. The hotel's breakfast and late-night snacks were both excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western, with coffee, milk, bread, and eggs, along with freshly fried omelets and egg tarts. For late-night snacks, they had potato noodles, rice noodles, wontons, and regular noodles. All in all, we were extremely satisfied, and the value for money was exceptional. We'll definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends.

I didn’t get my original request due to a mix up but they were friendly to help me out. The staffs don’t speak English lot but they are patient and you can use translate app to communicate. They have free laundry room in the basement and a massage parlor open late. Super convenient, next to family mart store, near the station and right by Yu Garden. They even tucked in my travel buddy friend when they made the beds

The room was pretty good, and the front desk service was excellent. I called ahead to reserve a quiet room, and the environment was nice with complete facilities. It's super convenient for transportation, very close to the subway station! There are lots of great food options nearby, and a supermarket right downstairs! Hema Fresh is just a 3-minute walk away! I'll definitely come again!

The Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, a five-star luxury hotel under the European Kempinski Hotels group, is ideally situated in the heart of Shanghai's Pudong Lujiazui financial district, close to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. The hotel boasts excellent service from its front desk, rooms, and restaurants. The guest rooms are well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel also features a selection of Chinese and Western restaurants. The river-view rooms offer a fantastic perspective of the cruise terminal on the North Bund. With numerous dining options in the vicinity and convenient transportation, it's an ideal hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

The room was spotless, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, with great attention to detail. It was quiet and undisturbed, yet you could still feel the warmth of their hospitality. For example, they provided bath bags and bath salts, and in the evenings, there was a complimentary white fungus soup for a late-night dessert. The gardens are exceptionally beautiful; they're not just a quick setup but clearly built with time, resources, and cost in mind, creating a real sense of ambiance with seasonal flowers. The main building, Mudan Building (Peony Building), is grand and opulent, and everything works together, like the Jingui Building (Golden Osmanthus Building) and Yulan Building (Magnolia Building). I wonder if the designer intended to evoke the meaning of 'gold and jade filling the hall' (a Chinese idiom for wealth and prosperity). Either way, it was an incredibly satisfying trip!
