My family and I stayed here, and everyone was very satisfied. The hotel offers a Disney shuttle service, which saved us the hassle of waiting in line for a taxi. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the kids loved it. The room had great soundproofing, so both the elderly and children slept soundly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the front desk staff was very patient and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel in the Lujiazui business district offers incredible value for money. It has a classic Chinese old-money style, and the ***** New Year decorations were very detailed. The service was also top-notch. This time, I stayed in a Bund-view room in the Zijin Building, which had a full floor-to-ceiling window. I could lie in bed and watch the sunset in the evening, and then enjoy the illuminated historical buildings of the Bund at night – truly a feast for the eyes. The afternoon tea and happy hour at the 29th-floor Executive Lounge were more than enough to fill me up. There are also several other restaurants to choose from, like Yi Cafe, Yi Hai, and Jade 36. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options. I'll definitely be back!

Traveling with my kids, the location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable – it's right in one of Shanghai's three iconic towers! There are tons of shopping malls nearby, perfect for retail therapy, and plenty of convenient dining options. Although I initially saw some reviews mentioning that the room decor wasn't brand new, upon checking in, I found the bedding to be very clean and the mattress and pillows incredibly comfortable. Usually, I have trouble sleeping in new places, but this time I slept exceptionally well. For this prime location and price, it truly offers the best value for money. There were also many international guests staying here. I'm really satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return, and recommend it to my friends.

The environment at Maixinge International Hotel is excellent, with a high-end, elegant, and comfortable atmosphere! The New Year's atmosphere is very strong; there are many New Year stickers at the hotel entrance, and the lobby and front desk are beautifully decorated with New Year banners. The hotel front desk staff are very enthusiastic, giving out Disney headbands to children, and even preparing Elsa princess rings and strawberry bear hair ties. All the staff are incredibly warm, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities are also quite comprehensive, and this is truly a hotel worth visiting. When we ordered takeout, the delivery robot immediately brought it up to our room. The air conditioning in the room provides excellent heating, and the 24-hour front desk is always responsive. The room even comes with a free data cable! The bathroom with wet and dry separation is neat, clean, and hygienic, and anti-slip mats are provided for free [strong][strong][strong]. Guests can use the free laundry service; clothes washed in the morning are dried and ironed by the afternoon and returned, saving time and effort, and they come back very clean and fresh! After coming back from our activities, the auntie proactively cleared our room's trash, replenished all sorts of toiletries, changed the towels and bath towels – very thoughtful. The sheets and duvet covers were changed and very clean, and the floor was thoroughly mopped, with every corner cleaned. The hotel's housekeeping is indeed very clean, five-star rating, highly recommended!

My nth time in Shanghai, and this time I really wanted a river-view room, so I chose the Kempinski, and it was a great experience! Waking up and opening the curtains to see the Huangpu River truly made this northerner very happy. It's right across from the Bund, next to the 'Three Piece Set' (Lujiazui skyscrapers), so the location is excellent and convenient. **Facilities**: The hotel's overall decor is decent, and the bathroom is really impressive. The shower, toilet, and sink areas are all separate and very spacious. **Service**: I was quite surprised that when I called the front desk and room service in the evening, no one answered… Also, I had to go downstairs to pick up my takeout myself, and there wasn't even a robot, which was also pretty shocking…
