Lovely hotel near the main town, quiet at night, good bar and food is plentiful, quite large portions. Breakfast was very good, with tasty Irish sausages. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do in the town, a short walk away, or drive. There is free parking at the hotel.

It looks like a private manor in the countryside, covering a large area. The rooms are in a row of independent houses next to the main building.
The room facilities are old and there may be spiders. It is not a standard star hotel standard, but it has the characteristics of a country villa and is full of fresh travel experience.
The service is very warm and professional; the breakfast is an authentic English breakfast with fresh ingredients.

Nice family run hotel. My room was a decent size for a solo traveller and spotlessly clean.
Excellent food and staff that were willing to go beyond the norm to provide a service and be helpful.
Would have no hesitation in using the Hamlet Court Hotel in the future.

Passámos dois dias no hotel para o aniversário e logo para ser mãe.O hotel é bonito e limpo.A sala é grande (mas um pouco obsoleta) e limpa, com todas as instalações e muito acessível. (Nenhum som Na TV) O pessoal foi amigável e útil. O pequeno-almoço era delicioso e diverso.O jantar era bom.A única coisa que a recepção Nunca nos disse que devíamos reservar UMA mesa no restaurante principal, e estava totalmente reservado, então acabou-se o jantar no bar às esquinarias. Foi bom e é comida de pubs, não o que queríamos.O spa é Muito bom, eu tenho um massagem, é surpreendente, não se sentiu assim há Muito tempo.Em geral, tivemos UMA boa estadia, MAS é Melhor viver no fim-de-semana.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and offered a nice variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was facing the road, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all — we slept really well. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Very nice hotel. Service was excellent. We had an early flight to catch and they provided us with tea and toast at 3.30am. Decoration of hotel and bar has a traditional Irish feel. Would highly recommend.

GGuest UserWe spent 2 days in the hotel for Birthday and soon to be mum. The hotel is nice and clean. The room is big (bit outdated though) and clean, with all amenities and very accessible. (No sound on tv) The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and various. Dinner was fine. Only thing is that reception never told us that we should book a table at the main restaurant, and it was fully booked so we ended up having dinner at the bar downstairs. It was fine and it is pubs food, not what we wanted. The Spa is very nice, I had a massage, it was amazing, haven't felt like this for a long time. Overall, we had a nice stay, but better to come on weekdays. It gets really packed on weekends.

GGuest UserOur stay at Lough Bawn House was a truly wonderful experience. The location is beyond compare. The beautiful period house is nestled in a completely private setting overlooking rolling fields and a crystal clear lake and surrounded by century old trees. Verity, the owner, provided us with a beautiful breakfast every morning with lots of home made bread and jams and a delicious dinner that had seasonal vegetables from her organic garden.
We hated to leave and hope to be back soon. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a little slice of heaven!

TTaggart NeumanasVery friendly staff when I arrived and plenty of free parking. I got a spotlessly clean room with plenty of workspace, the coffee maker in the room is a nice touch. The hotel is only 10 mins walk from the town centre. As it was a quiet Tuesday night I ate in the hotel restaurant which was good value. Breakfast, included with the room, was served in the main restaurant and it was nice to have a freshly cooked fry up, not the usual lukewarm buffet most hotels seem to have now. Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so clean and so beautiful. Really love the surprise which they prepared for my hubby’s birthday! The staff was so friendly too. There’s also car park lot for us. Super convenient and the interior design is really beautiful. Breakfast included as well

GGuest UserLovely hotel, our only issue was the noise from a wedding that was booked. If we’d have known we’d have chosen a different hotel as it was so loud from our room and we’d just booked a night to chill out. In the morning one staff member at breakfast wasn’t helpful at all when we asked to confirm if our booking included breakfast and he came across as rude.
