The room was very comfortable, and the location is super convenient for the airport. They offer an airport shuttle service that you can book with the front desk in the morning, which is perfect for anyone needing an overnight layover. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right next door, which was a huge plus!

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Eu adorei a minha sala de hotel.A vista era bonita e estava tão perto de todas as atrações que queria ver. Eu caminhei para escolher o Mercado de lugares, a agulha espacial, o aquário e mais. A única coisa que me deixou fora no check-in foi o depósito de segurança $375 que pediram... isso deve ser declarado antes de chegar a dar pelo Menos um cabeça para OS hóspedes, Como um turista que é UMA pergunta enorme inesperada considerando que você já pagou mais de £1k para o Ao Mesmo tempo, o pessoal era absolutamente bonito e útil.Se EU voltasse a Seattle, EU ficaria aqui novamente.

Front desk help was great and helped us move to a new room when the first one smelled like the treatment to cover up cigarette smoke. The second (ground floor) room was also nicer and seemed cleaner/newer—so, pro tip there. ‘Balcony room’ is not worth it because it overlooks a busy street and you just have one tiny elevator to get to/from the lobby and pool, which are on the ground floor. Pool water was… questionable: could not see further than 10’ underwater (with goggles)—and I wouldn’t want to risk getting this water in my eyes. (Still had fun swimming with my daughter though!) Hot tub was not hot and had no working jets. Breakfast was So-So. Typical American continental . Shuttle service good!

Outside the hotel is the beach, the sunset is super beautiful, the sand is fine, although the waves are not suitable for swimming, but only watching the waves, watching the sunset, watching the strange woods are very satisfied, or if the itinerary has been arranged, it should be more than one night. Take the entire beach from start to finish.

Pet friendly, full size refrigerator which was nice compared to the those little ones enjoy the large room. Will keep us coming back every time thanks for the great stay
