A fantastic hotel, especially the Muji-style design. It's clean and comfortable overall, and the location is superb – right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores.
If you're planning a day trip to Weihai, this is the perfect place to stay, as it's the departure and arrival point, making it incredibly convenient.
The receptionist was also exceptionally friendly

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

We really loved our two night stay here. We slept very well for our hike to Taishan. Walking distance to Hongmen gate was convenient. Room is equipped with modern amenities, nicely designed (good natural light, privacy, and air-flow), comfortable bedding, and roof deck is a bonus! Very hearty wonton soup breakfast. Very accommodating host—we used our translator app so communication was no problem! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserGreat location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

GGuest UserI chose a room with a fantastic view, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely delightful. The room was exceptionally well-lit, clean, and bright inside. The soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's security was excellent, making me feel completely safe during my stay. Kimi provided thoughtful and attentive service, and both the dining and amenities were top-notch. My entire stay was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a room with a great view.

CcrystalagrawalThe hotel facilities and location are quite good; it's very close to the airport, with a connecting corridor to walk over. The cleanliness is excellent, and they offer an airport pick-up service, with a driver who was friendly and polite. My only real dissatisfaction was with the front desk. On the first night during check-in, with two adults and two young children (3 years old & 6 months), the staff member looked unhappy, didn't greet us, and immediately asked if we had booked two rooms. I even said hello and explained I had booked a family suite. After check-out, they kept sending messages daily, for several days, asking for a good review, even pre-writing it for me and asking for a screenshot as proof. This forced request for a good review was really off-putting. Originally, I was very satisfied with the hotel's hardware, cleanliness, and the driver, and intended to give a five-star review, but this, combined with the sour-faced check-in, really diminished my good impression by half.
Also, regarding the pick-up service, more attention to detail would be appreciated. After discussing my flight number via WeChat, and knowing I was arriving internationally, they directed me to the domestic arrivals. This meant walking from one end of the airport to the other. The whole point of getting a pick-up was because we had a lot of luggage and two kids; if I had to walk that far, I might as well have walked to the hotel myself.

JJJ DizzleA special thanks to our concierge, Cherry, whose service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

YYanmaimochanatieThis is my first time staying in Huangdao, even though I've visited many times. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, it feels like Alice's Garden.
Service: All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether it was bringing up something I'd forgotten or coming to my room with a first-aid kit after I had a bump outside, they were always so patient and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise.

JJanny7xiThe experience at the Qingdao Haitian Hotel was fantastic! It's located right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The check-in at the front desk was warm and thorough; they even added me on WeChat, so any requests I had were answered immediately. My room had a magnificent view, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the stunning seascape. The room facilities were high-end and complete, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel amenities are superb, with a high-altitude observation deck and a sea-view pool that both offer an amazing atmosphere. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the staff's service was enthusiastic and attentive. Overall, the comfort level was outstanding – it's definitely a perfect choice for a vacation stay.

GGuest UserJenny at the guest services center provided excellent service. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Service was prompt and efficient. The location is absolutely fantastic: a five-minute walk to the terminal, and you can even see the terminal from your room. Highly recommend for travelers arriving late or departing early.

Xxiao_zhou0511Got an upgrade to a suite, which was spacious and excellent. The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The area is also lively, with plenty of restaurants and malls. The room was relatively clean.
Chaoshan Restaurant Double Set Morning Tea: The portion was enough for two, and the taste was good. It was more cost-effective than eating at the buffet.

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!
