No water??? Are you serious??

The hotel is very good. I have been to three cities and this is the best. The service is very good. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer. There are special rooms with computers and copying services.

Facilities: Older hotel, no elevator, no air conditioning, parking lot, tight parking spaces Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, very clean, bedding is very clean, the room is also very good Environment: Generally speaking, the room soundproofing is too bad. The aisle on the opposite door does not stop until one or two in the morning. The speech can be heard clearly. I don’t know if it’s a quality problem for the locals or what. 📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, and the environment is elegant. I have always liked and recommended Marriott Hotel. This time, it was a pleasant experience for both body and mind. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, very professional, thumbs up👍

The Room 2211 was clean, good smell, and quiet. I booked without breakfast. My family rest well. the view to the city side is nice.
