客觀來説，不推薦，樓下是賭場，比較吵鬧，的確沒有熱水洗澡，設施也比較老，但是游泳池非常漂亮，游泳池的餐廳做的漢堡也非常好吃，帶小朋友的話就不建議住了

Excelente localização, perto de locais turísticos, seguro. Conforto absoluto no quarto, muito limpo. A atenção e a qualidade do atendimento aos hóspedes foram imbatíveis, principalmente do José Luis Montero, que nos ajudou desde o primeiro minuto. A estadia foi muito agradável.

Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The one thing I didn’t like is that we had to go up the stairs to 3rd floor to get in. If you have a lot of baggage it might be difficult .

Minus 1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only. 2. Fan didn't seem to work at first but staff managed to repair it. Working fan made loud noises. 3. No mirror in room. 4. One window faces inside of the house corridor the 2nd window is in toilet facing the outside. Plus 1. Both staff at reception very friendly especially the night shift guy who helped to solve the air con and fan problem. Both are good in english. 2. TV has a few channels in English. 3. There is lift and room has the basic amenities. 4. Location is superb and a good local restaurant nearby.

我在這家酒店住了5晚，是商務出差。 這是我在多米尼加住的第一家酒店。的確，跟部分評論中提到過的一樣，這兒有一些問題，但是如果住過其他酒店，或者瞭解過其他酒店的價格，對比之下就能夠理解，這條件沒什麼可抱怨的。我們不能拿另一個國家的住宿標準標準，來要求其他國家做的一樣吧。 這兒的服務員挺好的，我會説西班牙語，所以跟他們的溝通很順暢。如果有人遇到説英語沒有被理解到位的話，那我們換位思考一下，如果有一個外國人在您面前嘰裏呱啦，您什麼感受呢，對吧。理解萬歲。 也希望酒店可以改進，不要什麼都不在乎嘛

A Sala está bem organizada.A pressão Da água é Muito forte e EU sinto que Tomei um banho corretamente. Boa porque a Linha de transferência do parque de estacionamento para o quarto está Muito próxima.O gerente de estacionamento sempre espera ajudar o estacionamento. I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

Foi inesperadamente agradável que o hotel tivesse um proprietário russo! Muito acolhedor e simpático. O hotel é limpo, tudo é novo, foi inaugurado há pouco tempo. Tem tudo o que é necessário, nos deram toda a água que precisávamos (para beber). Havia água quente, o que era um problema em outros lugares na República Dominicana... pelo preço o hotel é simplesmente ótimo, nós o recomendamos. Na verdade, não há um café da manhã especial, mas há vários cafés nas proximidades. O estacionamento também estava disponível no hotel.

+++++ One of the best experiences in Dominican Republic. Antique building, interior, breakfast, service and help from employees: all this made the staying very pleasant and comfortable. - the sink was leaking. The repairman came fast, however the problem appeared again after. Suggestion: make available hot water during the day for the guests without a need to ask for it on reception.
