We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet!
We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only.
Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.

A nossa estadia no resort não é o que esperamos, porque é um resort de Alta classe com preços acessíveis, MAS a propriedade não TEM nenhum programa ou atividade para entreter os hóspedes e tornar a estadia Mais festiva. O serviço alimentar é lento e leva tempo para trazer as ordens alimentares para a mesa dos hóspedes.As ordens alimentares também são um pouco baratas, MAS o sabor e a apresentação são apenas médias.O resort também não é amigável para os cidadãos mais velhos/PWDs, pois tem muitas escadas.
Por outro lado, gostaria de aplaudir o excelente serviço, a amizade e a atenção do pessoal, desde a manutenção de casa até o escritório de recepção e a concierge/segurança.

Hotel incrível com tudo o que você precisa. Adorei o bar/clube com piscina na cobertura, especialmente para aqueles dias em que você não quer ir longe para se divertir. A comida era maravilhosa e o spa e a academia me fizeram voltar sempre para mais tratamentos e ótimos treinos para queimar as calorias extras. Recomendo muito este hotel, pois fica em uma ótima localização em frente ao shopping, ideal para quem quer explorar a região, com muitas opções a uma curta caminhada. Gostei tanto que já reservei novamente para minha próxima viagem.

First visit to Clark Hilton and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff are all very courteous and professional - outstanding welcome and solicitous care throughout. All are great and special thanks to those who helped with luggage, taking photos and looking after us. We received a lovely free birthday cake and Mr Ed of the Olive Resto helped us with packing it as it was really too generous to eat in one go. Also receptionist Mariz very hospitable and made us feel really welcome explaining everything. Our room was upgraded to balcony view. It is a lovely restful place to spend time, with great views, food and a superb swimming pool with little casitas attached. Highly recommended - the best hotel in Clark we have visited so far.

I booked a last-minute business trip to Clark and stayed here for one night. While my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a lower-category room and, though the price difference couldn’t be refunded (due to my indirect booking), they generously credited it for dining—a thoughtful touch!
The next day, I had a full day out on meetings, I needed a late check-out to freshen up before my flight, and the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped (complimentary waters, coffee, toiletries, iron, and safe), and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and attentiveness—always eager to help. This level of service, combined with the good amenities, makes this hotel a top choice for business travelers. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit!

Our stay at the Archduchess Villa in Rancho Bernardo, Bataan, was nothing short of amazing. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, including an Alexa-operated system that made everything incredibly convenient. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the serene surroundings. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere of Rancho Bernardo made it an ideal escape, and the exceptional service from the staff added a personal touch to our experience. It was the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, making it an unforgettable staycation. Definitely worth every penny!

Cchay angWe really love this hotel! The rooms are clean, the location is excellent and best of all, the service is top notch. Special mention to M' Eileen, Joe, Harold and Jae at the Club Lounge. They really took care of us when we were there.

JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

YYulee0715Clark Marriott Hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations! The staffs were absolutely amazing and gave us 2 day free lounge access during our stay. The spa facilities were my favorite from the sauna, cold ice dispenser to cool down our face using a face cloth, jacuzzi and heated chairs! The outdoor pool is also nice and there's a bar for you to order drinks and food. The hotel is situated next to the casino and you can access it directly as its joined. There are also local Pampangan restaurants nearby which is only a walking distance away!

GGuest UserOur staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases.
On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.
