The service by the customer service is the best. I feel that they really try to help out whenever we need anything. I appreciated the moment we checked in till we left. We stayed in the deluxe room first- it was good, and then we extended our stay in Acropolis, we upgraded to the executive suite as there were no deluxe room on one of our dates. We loved the big space of the executive suite! Take the suite for long stay and maximised comfortI really appreciate that the hotel is very clean and the rooms are quiet. The executive suite is spacious and nice. We loved every bit of it. The boutique hotel offers housekeeping after every 2 nights. The location at the main road is so convenient, a few steps to the subway, tram and bus stops are nearby too. Highly recommend!

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with all major tourist attractions within 30 min walkable distance.  Very clean inside and out. Clear instructions was left us and we felt as ease, home from home.   Jing Jing was very quick to respond to our queries, despite the language barrier.  Washing machine was in greek and microwave was in chinese, but we worked it out.   Overall, 5⭐️.  Would recommed.

O hotel é bem novo e é muito bom. O café da manhã é ótimo , com bastante variedade. O hotel fica bem perto do centro histórico, dá para fazer tudo a pé . Se não quiser, fica a um quarteirão do metrô. A região é velha e feira, rsrsrs, mas muito movimentada . Não tivemos nenhum problema com o lugar . Recomendo .

Fomos recebidos pelo Sr. George, que foi muito simpático e prestativo e fez nosso check-in imediatamente. O hotel oferece café da manhã das 6h30 às 9h30, com uma variedade de saladas, pães, croissants, queijo, presunto, ovos, café, chá e sucos. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, com uma varanda com vista para a rua principal. Pode ser barulhento durante o dia por causa dos carros e do bonde, mas isso não nos incomodou, pois estávamos fora. O quarto possui ferro a vapor, chaleira, frigobar e sachês de café e chá. O terraço tem uma piscina e é possível ver a Acrópole ao longe. Ficamos duas noites e reservamos mais duas noites para nossa volta a Atenas, porque todos os funcionários são muito gentis e hospitaleiros. Altamente recomendado. As fotos nesta plataforma de reservas precisam ser atualizadas, pois o hotel está diferente. Não parecia tão bom nas fotos, mas ao entrar, a impressão é ótima. Fica a cerca de 7 minutos a pé da estação Larissi ou da estação Metaxourghio.

Amazing property. Very spacious and well Maintained. Housekeeping was exceptional and was a lovely stay. Really appreciated the private jacuzzi. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the check in procedure was very seamless.

Bela localização perto da Acrópole... o interior foi reformado e o jardim na cobertura tem uma excelente vista da cidade... também uma boa e relaxante sauna no porão que pode ser reservada para uso privado...

Firstly I booked this hotel and then noticed the breakfast was served in a breakfast box. I didn’t want this so asked the hotel to cancel and we go elsewhere but they didn’t comply - fair enough as it was prepaid rate with no cancellation. the breakfast we tried the first day and it wasn’t for us - boiled eggs, ham, cheese etc so we didn’t order it for the rest of the stay. Some really good coffee places nearby within 2 min walk. There is a techno club literally under the hotel so Friday and Saturdays from around 5am - 2pm the next day the bass ….we could feel it on the 4th floor. We ran out of toilet paper on one occasion and the reception told us they had ran out and I had to go and buy my own - strange for a 4 star hotel. The area is sketchy, we didn’t mind the walk but next time I would stay in another area. Around 30 mins walk into the centre or there was bus’ but we didn’t use. Sometimes we would rent a car, wouldn’t of felt comfortable leaving in this area. Overall I think the hotel make the best of the location they have, rooms are nice and clean - but wouldn’t stay here again based on the noise and the area. Photo from the balcony of the loft room.

The room is a nice size, very clean. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is great, there are so many great restaurants, bars and even nightclubs in the area. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious with a large selection of Greek and non-Greek foods, and the view of the city and the Acropolis is beautiful. The only issue I had was that they had an actual coffee machine in the restaurant that it looked like the staff could’ve used to make coffees for guests, but the staff said that coffees were only available from an automated machine. It would’ve also been nice if the restaurant/rooftop was able to be accessed at other times, too, not just for breakfast.

O prédio de apartamentos está convenientemente localizado à beira da estrada, com um supermercado bem em frente e uma estação de metrô a poucos metros de distância — apenas três ou quatro paradas da Acrópole e da Praça da Constituição. O apartamento é novo e, embora os cômodos não sejam grandes, são bem equipados e práticos. A pressão da água do chuveiro é excelente e há um fogão de indução e um exaustor para preparar refeições simples. O Wi-Fi no quarto é muito forte e rápido. Ficamos em um quarto no segundo andar, que é silencioso, pois não tem vista para a rua. Há um funcionário na porta. O primeiro check-in exige o preenchimento de muitas informações no celular. Há um elevador. A senha da porta do apartamento não estava na reserva; é preciso baixar o aplicativo ou entrar em contato com o hotel para obtê-la.

the room size of the triple room is good enough for three persons; the rooftop bar provides a spectacular sunset view; breakfast is great! Staff are very nice, helpful, and professional.
