"This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I’ve stayed at in China.
If you don’t mind slightly aged furniture, this is a great choice and definitely worth considering.
What I liked:
• The location is very good, with many shopping malls nearby, including Walmart.
• Despite the affordable price, the hotel still provides standard concierge services such as luggage delivery and welcome fruits, which was a nice touch.
• The overall service level exceeded expectations for the price point.
Tips:
• If your booking does not include breakfast, you may want to check with the front desk — you might be in for a pleasant surprise.
• For metro access, I preferred using Taiyuanjie Station instead of Shenyang Station, as it felt more convenient.
Overall, a great budget-friendly option with good service and an excellent location."

The shower was beautiful and the toilet was very high tech. The middle easten theme of the hotel was very nice. The ONLY problem with the room was that it didn't have any hooks to hang towels/robes."

"It is a 7 min walking distance from the subway station to the hotel.
The picture of hotel room is exactly the same as the physical. Spacious space to open up the luggages and walking around. Amenities in the hotel room is pretty new and definitely will need some improvement like adding 1or 2 hangers to hang the used hand towels at basin area, etc.
Hotel staffs very friendly and caring.
Overall, it was a pleasant and clean hotel to stay in."

"This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick.
I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!"

"We stayed at Hilton for most of our stay in China this time. The only bad comment that I have and there's no solution to is the room is over 30 degrees. We stayed with 2 young child and notice the front desk of how hot the rooms are and was told before they turned the AC off and was given a fan. The fan is useless and very loud so it doesn't make the situation better. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton issue or all the hotels in jinzhou. Was just at the Hilton in Beijing/ zhuhai/ wanning and didn't have that problem."

"The hotel room was incredibly spacious, and the service was excellent. The room definitely met my expectations. One night, I came back late and needed to do laundry, but the laundry room was full. A hotel staff member actually helped me wash and dry my clothes, folded them, and then hung them on my room door. Since the hotel is on a high floor, the views are fantastic. My room's balcony directly faced the TV Tower. If I need to book a hotel again, this one will definitely be on my shortlist."

"We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition.
Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time.
The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel."

HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time.
It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review.
Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China).
They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer.
Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful!
As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration.
If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

GGuest UserStaying in Shenyang for a few days, I chose the Northeast Asia Hotel, and it left a very good impression on me. The overall decor is simple yet grand, and the public areas are kept neat and organized. The guest rooms are well-maintained, with all facilities functioning properly and no signs of aging or malfunction. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, keeping the floor dry, and the cleaning was very thorough. The bedding was clean and comfortable, allowing for a full rest after a long day. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for both city sightseeing and business commutes. The staff were patient and communicative when issues arose, providing a pleasant service experience. With all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, life here is incredibly convenient. This hotel is highly recommended whether you're traveling for leisure or staying temporarily for business.

The ground-floor room comes with a lovely private courtyard where you can sit or lie down, facing the sea which is just 100 meters away – truly a perfect 'staring-at-the-sea' room. You can even walk directly from your courtyard in your bikini to go beachcombing or swimming. There are plenty of complimentary snacks in the room. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserTraveling alone to a foreign place can be exhausting and lonely, but at Atour Hotel, I was deeply touched by the incredibly kind and gentle service from the front desk staff. It was truly the most memorable and moving warm moment of my trip.
After a long journey, I rushed through check-in. It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help.
To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side!
During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found.
When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply.
In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well. A seemingly ordinary job, yet through the purest kindness, it warms the hearts of every traveler.
This unexpected warmth dispelled all my travel fatigue and allowed me to truly understand Atour's unique human touch. From now on, I will always choose Atour for my travels, and I hope to always pass on this kindness and beauty!

The 1.8m and 1.2m beds can be combined, which is perfect for a family of four. The parking lot is in the building and quite a distance from the hotel entrance; you can't access the hotel directly from the underground parking. The hotel breakfast was decent, and they offer freshly ground coffee.

The location is convenient for accessing attractions like Venice Water Town, Zhongshan Square, and Dongguan Street. After a short walk, you can catch the Route 201 'Centennial Special' tram, which adds to the experience. There are also many local specialty restaurants nearby. Overall, everything else was excellent.

Jiutian and the night market are also only about a 10-minute walk away – really great location! The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom is spotless, which shows how much attention to detail they put in. Downstairs, there's a beautiful mineral display and delicious local specialties. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic too, served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Highly recommend!

BBuyaoshulebageziBooked 3 rooms for my parents and me. Even though we aren't IHG members, Trip.com offered early check-in, which was fantastic as we could settle in and rest right after getting off the high-speed train at 10 AM.
The larger rooms we booked were spacious, and we could open our suitcases without obstructing movement.
There are good restaurants nearby, and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station, which is very convenient. It's also not too far from the Broken Bridge.
Breakfast had a slightly limited variety, but it was still enough to fill us up.
Overall, we were very satisfied.

GGuest UserI stayed in Dalian for three nights and chose Qing Song Ya Ju, which is right by Xinghai Square. It's only a few dozen meters from the sea, and Xinghai Square is a 10-minute walk away. The location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I stayed in the Yuzhou room, and the view from the window overlooked the main section of Xinghai Bridge. When the lights came on, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. If you want a great view of the bridge, this is the room to pick. The hotel has been open for two years, and I was surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. As a picky Virgo, I can confirm the cleanliness was top-notch; my fellow clean-freak friends can book with confidence! 🥳 Finally, I have to mention the concierge. He was super thoughtful; seeing that we were hot and tired after exploring all evening, he even brought us ice-cold beers 🍻 – so nice!

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at this Atour hotel during my trip to Dalian. Its central location allows for easy walking access to Russian Style Street, and the convenient subway makes getting to all the attractions a breeze. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene. Atour's pillows and mattresses really ensure a great night's sleep. The staff provided attentive service, there were complimentary drinks in the lobby, and the robot delivery for takeout was very convenient. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options and tasted great. It's suitable for both tourism and short business trips, offering great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Dalian.
