Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no City Holiday Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Renhe Metro Exit B. A localização é muito conveniente, perto do aeroporto e da estação de metrô. O hotel também oferece serviço de traslado de/para o aeroporto, o que foi extremamente útil. O quarto era limpo, aconchegante e confortável, perfeito para uma pernoite em família. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, e o serviço em geral foi excelente. O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, que não atendeu totalmente às nossas expectativas e tinha uma seleção limitada. No geral, as comodidades e o serviço foram muito bons, e ainda consideraríamos nos hospedar aqui novamente.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

Em primeiro lugar, a localização deste hotel é muito estratégica. Apenas a 100 metros do shopping e perto da popular rua comercial. Não tenho queixas quanto à limpeza do hotel. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Uma menção especial para a gerente do hotel, Jun Jun. Ela foi extremamente profissional e muito prestativa. Ela recomendou bons restaurantes, uma boa massagem e lugares para fazer compras nos arredores. Com certeza voltarei a este hotel quando estiver de volta a esta região.

Estamos viajando com 3 crianças. O quarto é grande e limpo. A cama é muito confortável. A recepcionista Nina é muito simpática e prestativa. Ela fez um upgrade no nosso quarto. O buffet de café da manhã também é muito bom e tem uma vista incrível de Shenzhen.

Menção especial para o guarda-roupa 8321 que realmente fez um bom trabalho de refrescar a sala, certificou-se de que as toalhas eram mudadas diariamente e que tudo o resto estava preenchido. Há comida e restaurantes a 20m do hotel e a Rua Paifang está apenas à beira da estrada, MAS um Grande problema é que a temperatura do quarto FOI fixada a 25 degC e não pode ser ajustada abaixo, o que afetou o meu sono Durante a minha estadia. Pedi à mesa de Frente para baixar a temperatura do quarto, que eles disseram não poderiam.Embora seja um sistema central de ar condicionado, o apagador de ar Pode ser ajustado. Por conseguinte, para concluir, gosto do hotel, MAS pessoalmente, se EU voltar a visitar Chaozhou, EU procuraria outro hotel onde a temperatura possa ser ajustada.

Estive muito pouco tempo mas a recepção aberta 24h, as comodidades do conforto do quarto para descansar e a proximidade com a estação de comboios e com a fronteira de onde vínhamos colocou este hotel no menor ponto de abrigo que poderíamos encontrar para esta noite. Não pudemos tomar o pequeno-almoço no hotel porque saímos cedo mas na recepção indicaram-nos locais onde poderíamos comprar comida 24/7. Muito obrigada
