Excelente hotel, foi uma experiencia fantastica passar o ano novo chines neste hotel. A Beijing Lu é super agitada neste periodo. Hotel fica no meio do agito. Adorei

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no City Holiday Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Renhe Metro Exit B. A localização é muito conveniente, perto do aeroporto e da estação de metrô. O hotel também oferece serviço de traslado de/para o aeroporto, o que foi extremamente útil. O quarto era limpo, aconchegante e confortável, perfeito para uma pernoite em família. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, e o serviço em geral foi excelente. O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, que não atendeu totalmente às nossas expectativas e tinha uma seleção limitada. No geral, as comodidades e o serviço foram muito bons, e ainda consideraríamos nos hospedar aqui novamente.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

O hotel possui uma localização super conveniente, a apenas 5 minutos a pé da estação de metrô, com restaurantes e supermercados a poucos passos de distância. Os quartos estavam limpos e arrumados, a roupa de cama era macia e sem odores, e o banheiro tinha excelente pressão de água, sem água parada ou manchas. Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e eficientes, chegando a recomendar proativamente lugares interessantes para tirar fotos. O café da manhã era variado e também havia opções de chá da tarde e lanches noturnos – um ótimo atendimento!

Finally we go to stay in a MUJI HOTEL that is in Shenzhen, China! Great first impression of the hotel as the Japandi MUJI style, and the customer services are top notch, great food and atmosphere, most of all the hotel is located at Upperhills Mall Shenzhen, which is very convenient to hail a taxi and take the metro. There’s also great parks nearby. Will consider coming here again in the future!

Durante esta estadia, o detalhe no serviço da arrumadeira de quartos tocou-me profundamente. No dia da partida, não me senti bem e, ao voltar para o quarto ao meio-dia, percebi que ele tinha sido cuidadosamente arrumado – os lenços de papel usados no cesto do lixo tinham sido removidos, enquanto a garrafa de água meio cheia e os itens não abertos na mesa tinham sido deixados intatos. Mais surpreendente ainda, a arrumadeira deixou uma garrafa térmica e um bilhete manuscrito na mesa de cabeceira: “Percebi que não se está a sentir bem, enchi a garrafa com água quente para si. Se precisar de açúcar mascavado ou medicamentos, pode contactar a receção a qualquer momento. Desejo-lhe uma rápida recuperação!” Embora ela não tenha comunicado diretamente connosco, ela proporcionou o cuidado mais apropriado através da sua observação. Esta arrumadeira, um pouco corpulenta e que trabalha silenciosamente no corredor, demonstrou o que é um serviço “invisível mas caloroso” com a sua atenção e gentileza. O hotel tem um ambiente conveniente, instalações completas e uma higiene impecável, mas são funcionários como ela que dão um toque humano ao serviço padronizado. Ao encontrá-la no elevador com o seu carrinho de limpeza no momento da partida, o sorriso que trocámos tornou-se a memória mais calorosa desta viagem a Guangzhou.

The first impression I had from Atour Hotel was warm and thoughtful. From the moment I entered the door, the smiles of the staff and the hot tea handed in in time made people put down the fatigue of the journey. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were attentive. What impressed me most was a bowl of free stomach warm porridge late at night, simple but intimate, so that the night of business trips has a feeling of home. Good hotel is not only a place to sleep, but also a station that can make people feel at ease. Atour did it.

A localização do hotel é super conveniente, a apenas dois minutos da saída F da Old Street. Há muitos lugares para comer nas proximidades e a equipe do hotel é muito simpática. A condição higiênica do hotel é muito boa, não há mau cheiro e há muitos plugues USB, o que é muito conveniente. O café da manhã é médio. Recomenda-se não pagar extra pelo café da manhã. A insonorização do hotel é um pouco pobre.Os hóspedes em quartos isolados falam muito alto à noite.Quando dormem até à meia-noite, são acordados pelo som da porta ao lado.

Perfect location right in the city center! The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a complimentary mini-bar and all the standard amenities. A special shoutout to Jay at the front desk. Jay was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave us great local tips. He even helped us take some photos! Thank you, Jay, for making our stay truly perfect.
