Nice hotel, but on the cheap side. No coffee machine on the room. Well, water cooker, tea and some solvent coffee. Booked via trip.com. Price and booking included breakfast, but at arrival there is no breakfast for that price. Also the confirmation email, which you receive when you have already paid, no comments on a breakfast (or whether it is with or not). Don't give much confidence to book it again via trip.com!
Landing in Brussels, driving here, I didn't expect much, but once I found out that the hotel had a big lake on the back of the hotel, there was a feeling of mountain and water, and there were many wild birds, the environment was very comfortable.

But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...

Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.
Hotel had already demolished the swimming pool 4 years ago and no more swimming pool!!!??? While when booking it says hotel with swimming pool 🤔🫤😇

I was given a corner room, which did not meet my booking requirements. The room environment is also very general, not as good as in the picture.
I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and ordered a glass of red wine, but I charged me a bottle. This account is not clear and I found the hotel front desk. The front desk clearly said that it would explain the colleague who was responsible for the checkout the next day.
Unfortunately, when I checked out, I still charged me a bottle, and I spent a lot of time correcting them. The details of the service were very confusing.
