Hotéis 3-Star em Occitanie, France

Funcionários simpáticos. Hotel um pouco antigo, quarto limpo e confortável mas a precisar de alguma reforma, principalmente o wc (bastante antigo). Quarto com uma excelente vista para a montanha, bem insonorizado. Não tem ar condicionado, apenas radiador para aquecer o quarto sem opção de podermos desligar, um inconveniente bastante grande uma vez que o quarto estava bastante quente. Pequeno almoço básico.

This hotel was perfect for my trip. The hotel was very close to the station. I stayed for two nights but I could relax as my home. The room was not so large but everything was included in my room. And staffs were very friendly. They showed the map of this city and told me where to visit, how to visit, how long does it take and everything I wanted to know. I’ll stay there when I visit Toulouse again.

The location was good and the staff was friendly and nice. I am willing to visit again ~ There were group guests, but it was not enough to disturb prayer and sleep ~

Very convenient location close to main station. Nice clean helpful staff and only we were in shared bathroom there were no toilet paper but everything else was great 😊

Nice hotel but there are some problems with vending machines

Very convenient hotel, friendly staff. Reception helped us to park the car, cost effectively in a nearby parking area. We are greatly satisfied with the breakfast especially the lady serving was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is nearby to main attraction area and train station.

Will recommend due with convenience location. It’s very close to the Grotto of Lourdes the main attraction. But hotel is very old and mouldy in bathroom window. I a breakfast, I went down nearly 10 for breakfast and already finished I was told. But still charge me 10 euro. I tried to requested a crossaint I was told all finished. And nothing left , apart from square brown bread baguettes. I said I don’t eat baguettes it’s hard. Reception told whatever is there that’s all they got. He charged for 9 euro for 2 slices of brown bread and a cup of coffee. Not happy ☹️

Goed basis hotel. Verzorgd. Weinig in de buurt en dus savonds niet veel te doen. Wij hadden wel slechte wifi die maar geen verbinding wou maken. Voor de rest aanrader als tussenstop.

Annonce pas du tout conforme à la réalité. J’ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Sur la photo, il était indiqué 1 clic-clac + 1 canapé ; hors nous avons eu que le canapé… Cet appartement était pour 2 personnes seulement, je vous dis pas la galère. Il était mentionné que nous pouvions arriver jusqu’à 6 h du matin (nous étions là à 19 h 50) ; hors à l’accueil, le monsieur nous a bien dit qu’à 20 h, on aurait pu se retrouver dehors, que c’est déjà arrivé. Encore une mauvaise indication. Le propriétaire utilise Tri pour les locations et à l’accueil, le personnel s’en fiche royalement que ce ne soit pas conforme. Parking : il y a, mais il est payant. Ce qui a fini par nous agacer complètement vu l’incompétence de tout le monde. Je ne repasserai ni par Trip, ni par cette résidence.
