Guest UserThe hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from JR Rinku Town Station. Our room offered a beautiful sea view, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. We, a family of two adults and two children, booked a Japanese-Western style room with two single beds and space for two futon beds on tatami mats, which was very convenient. (We paid for four people in advance; if you don't select four people, there might be an extra charge for setting up additional futons, as it's not complimentary). The room was spacious and included a dedicated walk-in closet, with all necessary amenities. Each floor of the hotel also had a water dispenser and microwave oven.
This hotel is very close to Kansai Airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight. Its location is incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport Terminal 1, which takes about 10 minutes and requires advance booking. Within 100 to 200 meters, there's a large outlet mall on the left-hand side, with plenty of dining and shopping options, and you can also take a stroll by the sea. Across the street from the outlet mall, there's a fairly large Don Quijote, which is very comprehensive and ideal for picking up souvenirs at the end of your trip, including some cosmetics and medicines. To the right of the hotel, there's a Cosmos drug store with a wide range of products, also worth exploring.

LizananThe location is fantastic – it's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and not far from Osaka's iconic Glico Man and Shinsaibashi, as long as you can navigate well. Upon entering the hotel, there's a subtle, pleasant aroma that immediately makes you feel comfortable. For Japan, the room size is quite generous; of course, there are bigger ones, but I believe in Japan, the price and room size are definitely proportional to the value for money. The front desk staff, regardless of the time, always served with a smile and answered questions diligently. Yes, I mean diligently – they genuinely put their hearts into serving guests. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, which I didn't even dwell on. I simply mentioned it casually late at night when exchanging coins. To my surprise, when I returned to the hotel the next afternoon after shopping, I found an apology card and some fruit in my room. They truly value guest satisfaction and the quality of their hotel. If I visit Osaka again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

Stepping into this hotel felt like going back in time to The Great Gatsby. It's probably the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at in Osaka. They really made good use of the public spaces, and the Peacock Alley is simply stunning – I could admire it all day.
The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication quite easy.
Contrary to what I read online, the standard room was perfectly fine. I was given a high floor, and the room was spacious, well-divided, with plenty of space for luggage. The twin room had two queen-sized beds (1.5 meters each), making it very family-friendly.
The downsides were the low water pressure in the bathroom and the water not getting hot enough.
They provided Aesop amenities, and the ginger scent was lovely.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was semi-buffet style with limited variety, and the main courses were quite uninspired, not really matching the room rate. I do recommend the French toast among the main dishes, it was excellent. The biggest issue was the long queues, which really detracted from the experience.
The hotel's location is quite good. Directly downstairs is Green Place with a wide variety of dining options, and Ushigoro is on the third floor. You can walk to department stores like Hanshin, but taking a taxi is more convenient for Hankyu.

Anonymous UserHotel Nikko Osaka was absolutely the highlight of our family trip! We stayed in a newly renovated superior room, which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view from the window was amazing, and the room was more spacious than hotels of similar quality in Tokyo, yet more affordable. Our biggest thanks go to the hotel front desk staff. The Japanese staff clearly explained everything I needed to know in English. There was also a front office manager from Jiangxi, China, who, upon the airport bus's arrival, proactively and enthusiastically helped us with all our luggage, took a piece of trash I was holding, and escorted us to the bus. Her service was meticulous, thoughtful, and polite, and it deeply touched us. We hope the hotel can convey our gratitude to her through this review!

I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and paid nearly TWD 9,000 for one night, expecting a memorable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
I requested a room with a view of the Tenjin Festival fireworks through Trip.com almost two months before my stay. Trip.com later confirmed that this request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, I was only informed at check-in that my room would not have a fireworks view, leaving me with no opportunity to change my room or book another hotel.
What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I asked whether my request had been received, I was met with a questioning tone and was asked if I had actually sent the message. I was then told that the hotel had only received information that it was my birthday, and that rooms with fireworks views were more expensive. However, I later checked the hotel’s official website and found that the price for those rooms was very similar to what I had already paid through Trip.com.
Instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, the staff repeatedly told me to contact Trip.com and insisted that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. Later, Trip.com informed me that they had indeed forwarded my request to the hotel but never received a response.
The room itself was clean and the facilities were nice, but good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. I expected much better hospitality from a Hilton property, especially on such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration.
I hope the hotel will improve its communication with booking partners and provide better training for its front desk staff so that future guests do not experience the same disappointment.

Guest UserThe front desk service was excellent. I'd read some reviews saying the staff were cold, but I didn't experience that at all. The gentleman who checked me in was very patient and even upgraded my room. He also helped me with my luggage to the elevator.
The new hotel was comfortable to stay in, and it's super convenient for shopping downstairs.
The day before check-out, I arranged a taxi for the next morning, and the lady at the front desk even helped carry my luggage down to the taxi.
Overall, it was a great stay!

Guest UserWhen I booked this hotel, it clearly stated that children stay for free. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that children over 7 years old would be charged. Specifically, our 7-year-old was charged the full adult rate, which amounted to 43,300 JPY for 3 nights. Despite this additional charge, there was no room upgrade to accommodate the extra cost. Attempts to resolve this with the hotel were fruitless (it was extremely difficult to communicate with the Japanese staff; they couldn't understand English, refused to acknowledge the issue, and were unwilling to take responsibility). The negotiation lasted an hour, during which my 11-month-old child was crying, and there was no offer of comfort or a solution. Due to this experience, and not because of the location, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Anonymous UserThe room was a standard twin, larger than typical Japanese hotels, with new and complete facilities. The location is super convenient for getting to the airport, Umeda, and Shin-Osaka. Plus, Namba Parks, City, and Takashimaya are all nearby for shopping. Breakfast was decent, and the Thai noodles were a pleasant surprise!

Guest UserThis hotel is incredibly convenient! Whether you're shopping in Umeda, traveling by JR, or heading to the airport, it's just a 3-minute walk to the station. Kim at the front desk was super fluent in English, and even though check-in in Japan is usually at 3 PM, she kindly arranged an early check-in for me after checking the room's readiness. I'm truly grateful to the hotel. Out of my three stays in Osaka this year, the Hilton has been the best!

Facilities: The classic quality of a long-standing luxury brand.
Hygiene: Impeccable, as expected in Japan.
Environment: Right above the railway station.
Service: First-class service quality! Surrounded by amazing food options! An indispensable choice when in Umeda! However, it's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small.
