The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

O esforço que eles colocaram para reunir todos, preparar o delicioso alimento e criar UMA atmosfera tão Quente e bem-vinda não foi despercebido. Foi um prazer conhecer OS outros convidados, compartilhar histórias e desfrutar do BBQ Doufu, num ambiente tão bonito.A hospitalidade e atenção para o detalhe tornaram a noite realmente especial. Esta estadia não é apenas um lugar para ficar, uma experiência cheia de calor, cuidado e sensação de comunidade. O hotel não é fantástico, mas é muito limpo e tudo no quarto é muito tecnológico. A cama é muito confortável e a cama é de linho, meu Deus!Folhas de cama Somos tão macias!! Eles vos dão duas garrafas de água e têm uma pequena caldeira. Também VAI buscá-lo do aeroporto que é Muito conveniente. No entanto, Na manhã, tive que apanhar um voo no 10.50, mas nós deixamos tarde do que esperamos (no 9.10/15 devido a alguns outros convidados atrasados (não é óbvio que o hotel roubava, MAS fiquei chateado porque tive que correr pelo terminal para evitar a perda do voo) assim Eu diria, para estar no lado seguro, Tome o teu próprio táxi de manhã. Muito bem, boa experiência.Bom valor para o SEU dinheiro.

This was one of the most exciting and memorable stays during our trip in Yunnan. I had many warm and meaningful conversations with the owner, and I can truly say that the entire staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their support made our stay feel very easy and comfortable. We stayed in a lovely room furnished entirely in traditional Chinese style, which made the experience feel truly unique and authentic. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and every detail reflected the local character. One of the best things about this accommodation is its location. It is right inside the Old Town of Lijiang—quiet and peaceful, yet at the same time you really feel like you are part of the old town itself. It never felt noisy, but instead warm, lively, and full of atmosphere. The courtyard is beautifully designed in classic Lijiang style, creating a space where guests can truly relax. I stayed on the second floor, and every afternoon I could enjoy the warm sunlight while looking down into the courtyard. Those moments felt incredibly romantic and special, and they gave me a deep sense of connection to the place. A very special highlight were the two dogs, so typical of Lijiang. They are quite big, but incredibly gentle and friendly, and they truly made the place feel like home. Their presence added warmth and character to the stay and made everything feel even more welcoming. This is one of those accommodations where foreign guests can genuinely feel at home while experiencing the real spirit of Lijiang. Everything about this stay felt authentic and heartfelt. I can recommend this place to everyone with complete confidence—it was simply perfect, a true 10 out of 10.

The staff were warm and polite, patiently answering any questions. There were no unpleasant charges or hidden fees. Compared to other hotels near the airport, this one stands out in terms of environment, service, and price. Whether you're a transit traveler or staying for a short time, this is definitely worth booking!

It is such an interesting place . The front desk is at level 8 . The rooms are available at level 6,7 and 8. But the log in to room password is quite long. Otherwise it is so near to halal street. It is just beside the Anta outlet. Just the area is not an immediate walk to Didi pickup. Need to walk for 5 minutes to get to the pickup area. So its quite challenging if you are with luggage. Otherwise, im liking this place!

Perfect modern hostel, with traditional style! It offers all a backpacker would need: superclean and cozy bed. No heating but a delightful warming pad, in a silent large dorm with window light. Plagues and light bed. Big towel provided and all kind of soaps in the clean spacefull showers. Running hot water. Loundry. Many common spaces, where you can enjoy the sun light reading or playing pool and a marvellous ******* style room, where you can keep warm relaxing around the stove, while eating or tasting tea. Hot and cold water provided. The staff is gentle and helpful and I do thank them for the pleasant staying.

Lijiang started from the fireworks of Zhongyi Market. Near the south gate of Lijiang Ancient City, I got off the plane and went to the hotel with a sister with a high front desk. I checked in for us in advance. I went straight to Zhongyi Market to open the dazzling eating mode. Our hotel is not far away, just a few minutes walk. In an instant, it was surrounded by a lively market atmosphere. Under the wooden building, the busy figure of the vendors, and the fragrance of various snacks, constitute the most real life picture of Lijiang. The food in any restaurant is very fragrant, and I will go to Yunnan again next time. ❤️

Toda a equipe do hotel foi muito simpática. A gerente me ofereceu um upgrade de quarto no dia seguinte, quando havia quartos disponíveis, e eu acho que o quarto original já valia muito a pena considerando o preço que paguei, sem falar do quarto melhorado. A gerente oferece serviços de passeios de um dia, muito convenientes para reservar com ela, já que é no próprio hotel. Os funcionários mais jovens (e os gerentes, claro) sempre nos cumprimentam quando saímos e voltamos para o hotel (acho que eles têm uma memória incrível, hahaha). Excelente custo-benefício, recomendo!

I had the pleasure of staying at Sarah’s View Inn during my recent trip, and I can’t thank Sarah and her younger brother enough for making sure my stay was so memorable. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the essential amenities, perfect for a comfortable few days. Sarah was incredibly thoughtful—she contacted me via WeChat to check if our luggage was heavy and even had her brother come to help us with it. That extra touch made a huge difference after a long journey. The route to the inn is a bit of a climb, but the stunning view from the top more than makes up for it—it’s truly breathtaking and a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Lijiang’s ancient town, which offers a wide variety of food options. During my 3-day stay, we also headed to TLG, and Sarah was kind enough to let us leave our luggage with her for a day (have already checked out) , which was so helpful and much appreciated. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. Sarah and her brother are a wonderful team—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or booking requests, whether it’s for tours, tickets, or anything else. It’s not every day you find such genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction, especially for someone visiting China for the first time.
