The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around nearby areas.

WWerner1I'd cautiously recommend this hotel! First off, it's really hard to find when you first arrive because there are no signs (street or hotel signs like you'd find for other places). I booked the cheapest room category, so I wasn't expecting the highest standard, but the living/sleeping area definitely needed a wardrobe or shelves, or at least more hooks for hanging things! The toilet and shower (which was perfect!) were in the same room, which meant the floor was constantly wet. Only a tiny trickle came out of the sink faucet, and the drain was very slow (maybe clogged!). You might have to ask for towels if you need them. Parking can get tight if the hotel is fully booked. WiFi was only available in the public areas (but that was communicated upfront). After dinner at the restaurant next door, I had diarrhea the next day (stomach issues from the vegetables!).

GGuest UserGood -Met owners of BnB, Ice cream, bar and dining available on site (Italian / local food), good breakfast included. Air-conditioned room, phone and satellite tv (requires load by site). On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site.
Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all).
Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

GGuest UserIt was a nice stay. Location is fabulous, basically everything in walking distance. The room was clean, but you will only have a thin sheet to cover yourself. The weather is hot and you only need to adjust the AC temperature to your liking, so it works. Maybe they can provide more for you to cover, but I am very used to backpacking so I have things with me and didn’t bother to ask. There was only lukewarm water in my room. No hot shower but again, it’s hot and that works. Towels and all, you will have to prepare yourself. You get what you pay for with this price. If you use to backpack and want to save money, this place is great. But if you expect for a normal hotel service, then you should choose another place.
As others say, this place is mainly run by persons with disabilities, which I personally think it’s a great thing and they earn with their livelihood! They speak good English and very very accommodating! They helped me to make phone calls to enquire the bus schedule, and let me check in right away when i reached there at 5am by an overnight bus. My booking started from that night and i was thinking to leave my suitcase there first and came back in the afternoon. But they gave me the room right away, so I could also sleep a few hours before starting my day. Truly appreciated and highly recommend to experienced backpackers.

GGuest UserThe room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠

GGuest UserIf you ate looking for a budget hotel, I highly recommend Novo hotel. The room is big and the bed size is big, linens are clean. Staff are nice and accomodationg except that we had a little problem with the supervisor who I think is not yet trained to handle minor adjustment. The location is good since everything is accessible, although the front is not nice and parking is very limited. But overall, we had a nice stay.

GGuest UserOne of the best accommodation we have ever experienced! when we arrived we have been greeted with a smile by Ms. May and her staff in their cozy cafe and the paper for checking has been prepared. We were informed with every detail for the activity that are available at the location. Every time we have a request we are always being catered with a genuine bright smile. Note that there place is astoundingly beautiful, neat and clean. What you see on their photos are what exactly it is in person. Free breakfast are also so delish, there daing na Bangus is a must try! what makes an accommodation enjoyable is not just the place itself, but also the staff and the people that works in it, Big thanks to Ms. May for the service she and her team have provided, we remember every kindness and smile you have shared with us, you made our staycation memorable and would definitely comeback! hoping your place got the recognition it deserves soon!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect escape — a chance to simply rest, recharge, and soak in the beautiful scenery all around us. One of the highlights was definitely the boat ride arranged by the property; it was such a delightful adventure that made us feel connected to nature and the calm waters.The food from the nearby restaurant was another treat — every bite was delicious and added to the cozy, homey vibe of our stay. We also loved that cooking wares were readily available, making it easy to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted, which added a fun, family-style touch to the experience.Overall, it was a stay filled with laughter, relaxation, and little adventures that made everything extra special. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories, and we’re already excited to come back again soon to relive the joy!

GGuest UserI was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
