"Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby."

"The host and staff are friendly and helpful. We were offered tea and snacks on arrival. Our host provided recommendations for local foods and places of interest. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. The environment was tranquil. The old town and main road were within walking distance. Our host assisted with booking a taxi with ample boot space as we had several pieces of luggage. We would be happy to stay here again when we visit Chaozhou."

"Check-in was easy, and there are plenty of restaurants right downstairs. If you don't feel like heading to the busy city center, you can easily find all your meals here in Minjie. The nearby Baipu Market isn't far either. The room was clean and tidy, and customer service was very responsive. Overall, a good stay."

"Viagem de um dia a Guangzhou: decidi pelo Yibai Hotel desde o início, e o escritório frontal pode guardar bagagem gratuitamente. Ao chegar na Estação Leste, você pode guardar sua bagagem e depois se divertir. ótimo. Em frente à mesa de centro há uma escrivaninha, TV, máquina de lavar e outros arranjos. Fiz muitos trabalhos de casa antes de reservar um hotel, espero que a minha avaliação possa ajudar outras pessoas!"

"We stayed in a two-level apartment and really enjoyed our time there. Everything was great from start to finish. The view from the window was absolutely wonderful and created a very cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights was the projector — we watched a lot of movies together and spent an amazing time relaxing. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking very convenient. All the necessary utensils were available, including European-style cutlery, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment here."

"the room is very clean and spacious. there is TV, sofa, and small dining table, microwave, and washing machine. The apartment is in a very strategic location and very conveniences to get transportation, food and shopping. from Railway Station (MRT) alight at Zumiao exit B access to Biden City Mall. Apartment is located same building to Biden City Mall as well. across the road got another Tiandi Mall. There's variety of food and affordable prices. Inside the Boden supermarket, they sell bread after 8:30 PM. There's a promotion for 4 for RMB16 is very good deal. attraction place such zumiao temple 5 mins walk from apartment including Tiamdi recreation place for tourist, fine dining restaurant includng night market as well. Highly recommend stay in the Roomme Apartment. Definitely I will come back again."
