"I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!"

"I have no issues regarding the room, everything perfect. The library is small but still ok. It was during holiday season, all staff very busy so the service was not that good It took more then an hour to check in in the afternoon around 4pm. I stayed for 2 nights but the room key only set for 1 night, so i couldn't enter the room on the 2nd day. I had to go back to lobby to check the key Call the guest service is busy all the time I asked for a new bath towel, but the new towel still had big yellow stain and hair on it and even it didn't fold properly The lift floor was wet and slipery, the guest from pool can access directly to the lift and no staff standby to clean the lift"

"I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise. The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains! Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free. For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!"

"*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Great job, Model J!"

"The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience."

Location and free pick-up/drop-off service are very convenient for moving quickly from/to airport. Room is spacious. Check in and out are easy (although installing an app is a bit fastidious). Staff is good and speaks English and Mandarin. My only complaints are that room gets either a bit too hot (without AC) or too cold (with AC) while sleeping, and that the fridge makes a loud noise (but can be plugged off).

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Quite pleasant...plenty of hot water...the pool is too small for 3 towers...but it's fine if you're staying in a villa. The indoor pool isn't really for guests like me...for under 400, it's worth it...above 400, it doesn't feel like good value...but overall, quite pleasant.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Great strategic location, close to the mall. The atmosphere feels like you're not even in the city, with Bali-like vibes. Every room has a bathtub, which is great for families with small children. The sports club also has many facilities. The only downside is the number of mosquitoes outdoors.

I stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

Stayed 1 night to catch early morning flight the next day at Terminal 2 Pros - Hotel is right above the check in gate 4 (domestic) and gate 5 (international) terminal 2 - breakfast starts early. We passed the restaurant at 3am and it was already serving food - there is room service and restaurant at the hotel open 24hrs and the food was good - room was comfortable Cons - there is no lift to the room floor. Had to use stairs to the reception with your luggage. After the receiption floor, had to go up to room floor.The escalator going up to room floor was broken - room nearest to the reception is number 40 ish. Good luck if u get room number 01 cause u will walk a long way carrying your luggage. There was trolley provided to carry your bag and the security guy helped. Despite the cons, this is still the best option if you need to get to airport early

Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

My stay at Anara Airport Jakarta was excellent and very convenient, especially for transit. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a long journey. Its direct connection to the airport makes it extremely practical, saving time and hassle. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Despite being located at the airport, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a good rest.
