Really have nothing bad to say about the hotel but lots to say about the restaurant, the Hidden Gem! As there were no choices for restaurants nearby, most of us ended up at the in-house Restaurant, the Hidden Gem! We had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated, then another 20-30 minutes before our order was taken. But must say, the beer that ,my husband ordered came very fast! Another long wait for the food to come. My husband ordered the Traditional Club, no problem there. I ordered the Seafood Platter and that is the worst food, I ever had! When I tried one of the breaded scallop which was a darker shade than usual, the scallop was rubbery! The shrimp was overcooked too but at least that was eatable. The beer battered haddock was uneatable, the end part it was so hard , I could not cut into it, so I tried the middle and the batter and fish was uncooked, batter was soggy and fish had an unpleasant smell.  I tried to catch the attention of the waiter but after 10 minutes of no success, I went up to the bar where he was and asked him to come to the table. Showed him the food, the fish in particular and he agreed with me that it was not good. He took the plate of food in and came out  a few minutes later to say that the chef insisted that the food was edible! I wished I had taken a picture of it. He offered to cook me another plate but at this point, I have lost my appetite!  Or he was going to offer me 50% of the cost of the meal. We did not agree and the waiter called the Manager. When she came, she was the most unpleasant and hostile person, insisted that we either pay 50% of the meal, since I had eaten half of the salad and the one scallop and shrimp! Otherwise she was going to have us kicked out of the hotel! As it was already past 8 p.m. and after a long day of driving, we had enough and say ok we’ll pay the 50% but would write a nasty review! She came back before we got our bill and said she will take the meal off our bill after all as she had seen the food, No apologies no nothing!  I was so disappointed as I was hoping to enjoy the delicious fresh seafood that Nova Scotia has to offer one last time before going home and this was what I got! Never had such a bad experience with any Restaurant Staff/ Manager ever!

I was very happy with our stay at best western chocolate lake. The hotel is old but service was good and breakfast was really best part!

The location is not far from the city center, it is very convenient to go, the hotel facilities are very complete, the gym, the swimming pool are all, the room is big enough, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven, stronger than the hotel, parking is free, there is free breakfast, sausage, fried Eggs, bacon, bread, snacks, drinks, coffee, very good! There are many award-winning medals in the hall, and the service attitude is also very good. The key point is that the price is also cheap, highly recommended!

i was a little bit reluctant because of the low rating in google, but when we had our stay there, it wasnt bad at all. the only thing that id say wasnt really good was the breakfast. not much to choose from, and the poor taste of coffee. Nevertheless, for its price, id stay here again.

The hotel is located near the airport. There is a free shuttle bus every half an hour. It takes about 5 minutes. The room is spacious and bright. Two princess beds. The surprise is that there is a swimming pool. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. It is a good choice.

Very simple hotel, waiting for everything, there is a small small pool, simple breakfast can be provided every day, he is on a hillside, at a glance, the open space, the view is very wide, the scenery is very beautiful. The former famous residence of Arcadia in the small town of Windsor, it is very convenient to travel here and stay at this hotel.

Location: In fact, in a palm-sized place like Sydney, location is not very important. Is the museum next to Mick Mac Aboriginal a plus? Cleanliness: 100 points Service: 99 points, generally good, but one point is deducted when breakfast only has eggs as a source of protein. I asked the service staff, there is no meat, ham, meat, none at all. Facilities: It looks clean, but the swimming pool is too crowded and the gym is a bit small. Probably the best hotel in Sydney. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Clean, sanitary, comfortable room. Great location, right in downtown. Friendly front desk service, check-in time is 3pm, early check-in if there is room available. Simple breakfast, eggs, ham, potatoes, very appetizing. No bottled water, toothbrush, slippers, kettle, coffee machine for hot water.

This is a chain hotel airport to this hotel only 30 minutes to play about 70 knives. The hotel is close to the airport and convenient. I have chosen this chain hotel for the past few months. This hotel is branded clean and clean. The waiter is sincere. It is very convenient to go out to the bank supermarket. There are not many varieties of breakfast. It is OK to choose this brand of hotel next time and recommend surrounding relatives and friends 👍🏻
