Hotéis 3-Star em Xorazm, Uzbekistan

We stayed in a premium room for 2 nights. The hotel is mostly well reconstructed, and the staff was helpful. It is only a 5-minute walk to the main entrance of old Itchan Kala. The room was okay; a large bed, enough tables for a short stay, a modern toilet, and a good shower with strong water pressure (our room was on the entrance level). The internet connection was also fine. I believe it is related to the city’s old infrastructure, but there was always a bad smell coming from the drain, especially after taking a shower. We had to open the room door and window to air out the room. The breakfast was the weak point. It was the worst breakfast we had in Uzbekistan. We went at 7:30, and the sliced fruits (banana and apple) were no longer fresh and had already turned black. The boiled eggs were cold. They also tried to serve European-style pastries, but I had the worst croissant I have ever tasted. Uzbekistan actually has very good bakeries and pastries. Instead of trying foreign products, they should focus on their local delicacies, which they can prepare much more successfully and tastefully. There were also not enough vegetables and no greens at all. They only served cucumbers, which is disappointing considering Uzbekistan has excellent vegetables and fresh herbs. During check-in, they offered cold tea/juice and nuts. The tea was tasty and refreshing, but the nuts were stale. They really need to improve the food section significantly. For our last day, since we had to leave early, they offered us a boxed breakfast during check-in and took note of it. However, at check-out, nothing was prepared. The receptionist had no idea about it, and we did not have time to wait.

Cleanliness: The hotel was thoroughly cleaned, and I didn't encounter any unpleasantness throughout the property. Location: It's one of the few hotels located within the city walls of Khiva. Amazing! Staying inside a World Heritage site was a truly precious experience. Since it's within Khiva's city walls, you might have to walk a bit from outside the walls, so that's something to keep in mind. Service: Very good. When I mentioned I wasn't feeling well during check-in to the gentleman at the counter, he asked me about my health the next morning. We also had a great cultural exchange, discussing topics like Japanese cherry blossoms and soccer. Facilities/Amenities: Generally satisfied, but I'm giving it 4 stars because there were no slippers in the room and the shower door was extremely heavy.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The location is unbeatable, placing you steps away from main attractions. Our room was remarkably spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. What truly set it apart was the staff—their exceptional kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Absolutely unforgettable!

A cozy, small hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with all the main breakfast dishes available. It might not be enough for those used to extensive breakfasts in chain hotels, but we were very satisfied with the taste and quality of the food. A pleasant bonus was the view from the terrace, offering a magnificent cityscape (photos of sunrise and sunset are beautiful!). We had a small issue upon check-out – we forgot to book an airport transfer – but it was quickly resolved.

Nice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended

The next morning, I moved from Hiva to catch an airplane from Urgenchi, but it was a beautiful and comfortable room. It was nice to have a bathtub. Large luggage may be difficult because there is no elevator, but the front desk staff helped me and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Because of the good airport access, there seemed to be many accommodations for aviation staff.

The hotel in the real old city can see the Buhari Minaret on the hotel terrace. The restaurant can watch the sunset. The best shooting location of the Minaret in time. The locals have beautiful pictures. Friendly reminder. The hotel is located in the old city. Taxis cannot enter. You need to walk.

The hotel is in the ancient city It's basically a walk to get there. The person in charge is very warm and friendly Only a small problem can be solved immediately Friendly. Kindness. The room is very clean Like I walked at 5 o'clock in the morning, I couldn't find a car at yandex go, he immediately helped us find a car to the train station! Thank you so much! If a friend comes here I would recommend this hotel.

good location near North gate which is easily access. Room is very comforatble and everything is there.

It is about 5 minutes walk from the west gate of Ichankara. It is convenient to the west gate if you are not concerned with staying in Ichankara. It was a hotel full of family-run hospitality. The hotel was clean to change to shoes, and the room was clean and comfortable. At breakfast, my eldest son's boy taught me how to eat delicious food. In addition, this owner also has a travel agency, and I had a taxi to Bukhara via the owner's recommended Ayazukara. I didn't have much time in Ayazukara because I left Hiba after 15:00, but the sunset over the desert seen from Ayazukara was difficult to change. I would like to stay again when I go to Hiba.
