Hotéis 3-Star em Mazovia, Poland

O hotel é bastante bom considerando os preços anunciados. É um pouco antigo, mas perfeitamente aceitável. O centro de Varsóvia é facilmente acessível por um serviço de ônibus frequente, em cerca de 15 a 20 minutos. O café da manhã tem uma variedade razoável e é decente. Achei os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos durante a minha estadia. No entanto! Houve um grande problema, pois a água quente ficou desligada por quatro dias durante a minha estadia. Portanto, não conseguíamos tomar banho ou lavar-nos adequadamente, pois a água das torneiras estava gelada. A compensação oferecida foi café da manhã gratuito no hotel, o que não é ideal quando tudo o que se quer é um banho quente pela manhã ou no final do dia. Nenhuma outra solução ou compensação foi oferecida. Eles ainda estavam vendendo quartos online em seu próprio site sem mencionar que não havia água quente, mesmo sabendo disso, o que não é justo com o cliente. Por isso, o hotel perde muitos pontos.

Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre. 10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station. Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station

旅店整體來説蠻好的。位置滿分，自助入住也很便捷。整體乾淨。提一個小建議：希望增加一個衞生間或者在洗浴間能有洗手池。

The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super

O quarto é limpo, mas muito pequeno. Não há chinelos e não há água disponível. Não há secador de cabelo; na verdade, não há nada. Há apenas geladeira, micro-ondas, chaleira e fogão elétrico (não usei nenhum deles), mas chinelos e secador de cabelo eram mais necessários 🙌🏼

A localização é boa e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. No entanto, eu estava hospedado consecutivamente e um certo funcionário do sexo masculino fez uma afirmação absurda de que ele só me daria água se eu limpasse o quarto. O membro da equipe que trabalhava lá era bom. Os outros membros da equipe eram amigáveis.

Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about ”call for service” needs. Front desk personnel were great!

Видно що хтось гуляв добре в номері попередньо. Штори були замащені і пробита гіпсокартонова стіна. Трохи такі залишки від прпередніх відвідувачі гапрягають. Трохи плісняви в стиках там де душ. Але власне душ мені сподобався, плитка не слизька. Персонал помірно ввічливий і тактовний. Дякую за побит!

The location is good for me but might not good for others.  The facilities is basic and enough.  The staff is nice.  

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏
