"I extended my stay in Room 326 and the 6 electrical wall plugs in the room were not working from 26th December until I checked out on the 28th. The front desk personell worked it out from the main switchboard on the evening of the 26th, but it was out again in the early morning of the 27th. Room lights were working well accept for the power outlets. Unreliable service. I had to lie by the main door to use the corridor electrical wall plugs."

"Room is very clean. Daily room service is good. Mattresses' comfort could be better. Location is great, close to Lambton Quay, lots of shops and restaurants. We particularly like the luggage storage, very convenient. Will stay again. Front desk staff very helpful."

"This building has an earthquake rating of 15% and that's not in its online description anywhere. By the time you arrive and see this sign on the door it is not possible to cancel your booking and find somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable to not warn people that they are paying for a room in a building that may pose a deadly risk in the case of a large earthquake. Of course the likelihood of this earthquake happening is very low but you are still gambling with your life and you have the right to know that when you make the booking."

"I love this place! The beds are very comfy, and the bathroom is very spacious and clean. It’s great that the hotel can arrange parking for you at Wilson Car Park, which is just beside the hotel this makes everything so much more convenient. The location is within walking distance of most tourist destinations such as Cuba Street, Willis Lane, the Waterfront, Beehive,Wellington cable car,and Te Papa Museum so u dont need much driving around the town just to explore as u can do all of it by just walking from the hotel. It’s also close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff are amazing and very helpful! I also love the Nespresso machine in the room. I will definitely come back and book here again next time!"

"O Hotel Aura está localizado perto da vibrante rua de Cuba e do local de Courtenay.A sala no nível 2, bloco J, está espaçosa e em grande condição. No entanto, a primeira sala que me foi atribuída no Bloco N tinha um cheiro forte, sufocado e janelas carentes.Eu chamei o escritório frontal para pedir uma mudança de quarto, porque não encontrei janelas nesse quarto ou na área de jantar, Só para ser informado de que todos OS blocos do hotel estavam SEM janelas.Quando Voltei para o escritório frontal, EU notei um bloco com janelas abertas.O escritório frontal não estava feliz comigo por verificar outros blocos e também estava chateado quando EU lhe informou que batei no ao lado, 5 quartos vazios no bloco, sem resposta, para perguntar se também eles experimentam o cheiro.o pessoal alegou que o bloco que vi era o único com janelas e foi totalmente reservado. Voltei para a minha sala inicial, mas o cheiro persistiu, obrigando-me a devolver as chaves e a pedir um reembolso.Depois de Quase UMA hora, inspeccionámos a sala novamente com o recepcionista, e surpreendentemente, o cheiro desapareceu. Apesar desta estranha reunião, escolhi uma mudança de quarto, recebi outra sala no bloco J, que, embora não tivesse janelas, tinha um melhor cheiro.Quando estive a explorar o chão depois de me sentar, descobri vários outros blocos com janelas. Esta experiência reflectiu um serviço muito pobre e informações enganadoras do ecrã frontal.As primeiras seis imagens carregadas são do Block N, enquanto as imagens subsequentes, começando com as chaves, mostram o Block J."

"Lovely hotel, located close to the airport, with good facilities and amenities. Rooms are quite dated, but kept very clean and tidy. Very good conference facilities. Great airport shuttle service provided to and from the hotel."

"Location on doorstep to bars and restaurants. Loved the concept of a studio accommodation. Beds very comfy! Walking distance to all areas. Staff welcoming ."

"We needed a place to stay in Wellington for a couple of nights and selected Trinity in a random selection online. Criteria were, reasonably easy to get to by car, reasonable proximity to Te Papa and reasonable price. Trinity covered those bases. Online booking was simple as was check-in. Car parking was in a Wilsons building just across the street, arranged by the hotel. The facilities were up to our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were all you could wish for. We were away from the hotel all day, so didn't need anything else. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and that was quite adequate in terms of preparation, flavors and portion size. Check-out was straightforward and we were offered storage for our luggage for the day although we didn't need that service. We are well into our 70's but walking to attractions was not an issue. We were more than happy with our stay and in similar circumstances would stay there again."

"Air conditioning of one room is out of order. Also, the air conditioning machine is too close to the bed and feel a bit noisy when sleeping."
