Les chambres sont très propres l’accueil il était sympa la nourriture, il était moyenne mais grosso modo c’était trop sympa

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

This hotel offers a variety of comfort and coziness from its well designed rooms and the outside areas of the hotel. The food is also great; lots of choices and quality famous dishes! Keep up the good work~

酒店很不錯，有地下停車位，位置很贊，離海邊和老城麥地那都很近，步行不遠就可到達，早餐也很不錯，房間也夠大，設施滿意，大堂很大進去就感覺很舒服，總之好評

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique. Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.

Maravilhoso do início ao fim! Eu não poderia recomendar mais este hotel. Para mim, foi a equipe do hotel. A comunidade hoteleira se esforçou para se conectar com outras pessoas e parecia realmente se importar. Eles demonstraram orgulho no atendimento ao cliente e expressaram que levam a sério sua reputação de cinco estrelas. O padrão do quarto era incrível. Devido aos quartos estarem lotados no Natal, precisei trocar de hotel nos principais dias de Natal. Mudei para o maior e supostamente mais “luxuoso” hotel de Sousse. Honestamente, a mudança não valeu a pena. Percebi o quão excepcional é a qualidade do Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. A equipe de limpeza visitava diariamente o quarto, fornecendo produtos de higiene pessoal, roupões limpos e extras agradáveis ​​(como doces e chocolates). Seus rostos amigáveis ​​com suas brincadeiras alegres eram um prazer abraçar todos os dias. A qualidade da comida era ótima! Não consumo carne nem laticínios, mas isso não fez diferença, realmente há algo para todos. A seleção de alimentos frescos foi incrível e certamente imbatível para aqueles que experimentei em outros lugares em Sousse e Túnis. Os cozinheiros compartilharam recomendações úteis e experimentei uma variedade de sabores locais frescos. I have stayed at Green Park 3 times. The hotel provides a chilled relaxed atmosphere. It’s not a hotel for partying . Staff are pleasant and couteous . The bar manager Lotvi is attentive and professional is. My waiter at breakfast and dinner, Mahmoud was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff . I feel the quality of food could still be improved. When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed . The hotel is spotless and the new Director has encouraged very positive changes. I am very thankful to have enjoyed another beautiful stay and I will continue to return to Green Park .

Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience… Points négatifs : Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation ! Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …! Points positifs personnel très gentille et serviable Petit déjeuner copieux Bien sécurisé et bien situé
