Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city.
The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself.
The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

Perfect hotel for business and holiday. Great and very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to miss Lina Bao who served us very well at check-in and check-out.
The rooms were well maintained. The executive lounge is excellent for private working and catering.
The 25 meter pool is stunning and helped us to stay fit.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel's overall scenery is absolutely stunning, and the post-rain atmosphere on the grasslands is simply incredible.
The Hobbit-style cabins in the hotel's backyard are super whimsical and incredibly photogenic – you can take amazing pictures effortlessly. If you want to check them out, just ask the front desk staff, and they'll kindly tell you where to find them.
The toiletries are Appelles, which are really high quality and feel fantastic to use! This is something I really care about, so it was a delightful surprise. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended! (•̀ó•)ง💯

I stayed at the hotel during a layover in Urumqi. The hotel is new, with wonderful views of the city and mountains from the windows. The rooms are spacious, featuring an excellent mattress and pillows, and everything you need is provided. The level of service and comfort deserves 5 stars. The hotel offers a decent breakfast with a slight touch of Xinjiang cuisine, along with traditional European and Chinese dishes, and fresh juice. Near the hotel, there is a large shopping mall and a beautiful museum, but the bazaar is quite far away. The taxi ride from the airport took about 30 minutes. It was winter, and I had very little time, so I couldn’t experience the beauty of the region, but the hotel made my layover in Urumqi enjoyable.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent, with a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, and sand therapy area. It was really refreshing to dip into the pool in thirty-degree weather.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is well-maintained. The room was cleaned daily, and both the room and the hotel lobby were spotless.
Environment: The environment is fantastic, truly picturesque with beautiful decor. It's perfect for taking photos, and I absolutely loved the ethnic ambiance.
Service: The service was also excellent. The hotel staff greeted me warmly, and I even received a complimentary fruit platter during my stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

SSimagangzaguangguangguangThe hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe.
The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!).
However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains.
They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options.
⚠️ The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. 🤦♂️

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

GGuest UserAfter exploring Panlong Ancient Road and returning to National Highway 314, we arrived at the wetlands within minutes, enjoying beautiful scenery along the way. The tent facilities provided excellent comfort, ensuring a very good rest. We didn't bother going to the town across the way and opted to dine at the hotel's restaurant; the food was decent, and the staff quietly waited for us to finish at our leisure. It was a pity we didn't get to see the 'golden mountains' (sunlit snow peaks) in the morning, but being able to observe the snowy peaks from inside the tent without enduring the cold wind outside was a great alternative. For the home visit, a local young man named Saifeike Tagamili took us to his old house and resettlement home. He even let us pet an 8-day-old calf and stroke a sheep's rear end. He was very amusing and made the experience especially enjoyable.

FFubaoqingjiuI chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in.
Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place.
The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍
The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear.
This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time.
A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂
This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍
Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand.

DDemonStaying at the Radisson Collection in Kashgar exceeded my expectations! The hotel beautifully blends Western Regions charm with modern design. The environment is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
I especially want to commend Steven Pan, the manager of the Baza All-Day Dining restaurant! Throughout my stay, he was incredibly patient and attentive, proactively asking about my dining experience and promptly addressing all my requests. He was personable and highly professional. The Baza restaurant offers a rich variety of delicious food, from freshly made beef noodles and authentic Xinjiang baked samsa to exquisite Western dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Steven's dedicated service made my trip to Kashgar exceptionally comfortable, truly a perfect stay!

GGuest UserI initially didn't consider booking this hotel, thinking the location wasn't ideal. But then I saw it had a good ranking on Ctrip and was known as a ”wild luxury hotel.” Thinking I'd give it a try, I decided to check it out. Ctrip happened to be having a promotion, offering one- and two-bedroom packages for 1,999 and 2,999, which seemed quite attractive, including afternoon tea and a main meal. On our check-in night, the front desk knew we were a large group and upgraded our one- and two-bedroom villas to four-bedroom villas. They were indeed spacious and the experience was wonderful. A big thank you to the front desk staff, Meike. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. If I had to point out a flaw, I think the owner must have visited some wild luxury hotels around the world, and they felt a bit like the Habitas style in Saudi Arabia. However, I can only say that I've only learned the basics, and haven't fully grasped or surpassed some of the core elements. I hope the owner can expand the hotel's amenities and create more attractions within the hotel, beyond just indoor golf courses and perhaps even some outdoor attractions. The wait staff at the hotel restaurant were also fantastic. Xiaoya, a young girl from Xinjiang, was adorable and kind-hearted. I give her a huge thumbs-up (and I'll also bring Rena, Xiaoni, and Xiaomu along). Also, during the horseback riding experience, Yilamu, a staff member, helped take some photos. Thank you so much. The groom, Mr. Ma, was also very attentive with the kids. Thank you for his dedication. I also want to thank the woman who milked the cows; she was also very kind. Overall, my stay was very good. Especially with the Ctrip package and the room upgrade, I felt it was a good value. I hope the hotel continues to improve. It would be great if I could become a VIP or a free trial member. Hahahaha, I'll definitely come back for another try. If you see this, please contact me. I have a lot of experience with high-end hotels and B&Bs and can offer my opinions and suggestions.

When checking in, Martin proactively added my wife's WeChat. Not only did he efficiently complete the check-in process, but he also thoughtfully shared incredibly practical local restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The places he suggested were fantastic in terms of taste and experience, which made us spontaneously decide to extend our stay for two more nights!
Throughout our stay, Martin maintained a professional yet enthusiastic service attitude. Every time we had an issue, he responded promptly, and his thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued. This trip's experience was elevated to the fullest thanks to Martin's service. We will definitely prioritize staying here next time we visit Urumqi and will also recommend this hotel to our friends!

GGuest UserThis well-established five-star hotel in the city center exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! The location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the city's iconic Red Mountain Tower, which is beautifully illuminated by the环城高速路 (Ring Expressway). It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.

GGuest UserIt is an old five-star hotel in Kashgar. There is a similar Yuexing Global Harbor in Shanghai, so it is a nostalgic check-in. First of all, no one helped to take the luggage to the front desk at the end of check-in, and the same was true for check-out. The service staff who added WeChat responded very quickly and actively solved the problem, which is still very good. The overall feeling and decoration are still old school, but it is indeed quite old, and some equipment is old, but the hygiene is still in place. The road to the airport and to Taxkorgan is relatively smooth, and the surrounding food is not as good as the ancient city area. The breakfast is still very good.

This hotel really poked me too much! The coffee in the afternoon tea tastes great, and it also comes with exquisite pull flowers. Sitting in the store and drinking slowly, the happiness is directly full of ～☕✨ The front desk staff is particularly enthusiastic, patient and thoughtful when checking in, making people feel very warm. Nearby is Populus euphratica forest, very beautiful
The room was cleaned and the living was particularly comfortable. The entire hotel park is large in size, the environment is well maintained, the green plants are scattered, and the mood is comfortable when walking. You can go to the night show on foot. You don't have to worry about finding a car. It's too convenient!
The breakfast choice is particularly rich, with a variety of staple foods, snacks, and drinks. The fly in the ointment is that the taste is quite satisfactory. The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel is very friendly to dogs, there is no pressure to stay with hairy children, and people who love pets will really love it!
