As a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary. The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation. This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver! Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍 The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath. The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon. Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

The hotel is located beside shopping mall and very convenient for eating and shopping. They also provide humidifer for this dry and winter weather. We are not used to having heater in the room and have asked for fan to have ventilation. Breakfast is fabulous with wide variety of foods and drinks! There is also mini robot sending your taobao or ******* orders to the room! Superb service and highly recommended!

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

Located in downtown, living up to the excellence of the Hyatt brand, it doesn’t fail to deliver at anywhere. Linked to a luxury mall, Mix; you can indulge in luxury brand shopping (do note that it’s pricier in China than in Europe however) or the good restaurants it boasts. The mall even have some Singaporean brands, and its internal layout resembles MBS lol. Will return when I’m in Shenyang again.

a very pleasant stay, room was spacious and clean, night was quiet and comfortable, location is superb, restaurant was stylish and tasty. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits this city.

Front desk and all hotel staff are kind, wonderful and professional. The bathrooms in both rooms I staid in had issues (shower, bathtub).

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

Quando soube que tínhamos filhos, ela cuidadosamente preparou suprimentos e frutas para nós quando fizemos o check-in. linda pintura oceânica que as crianças adoraram. Eles também atualizaram nosso quarto e viram um show de luzes à noite. No andar de baixo do hotel fica a Praça Xinghai, que é muito conveniente. Quem tem crianças vai gostar de alimentar as gaivotas. Você também pode sair para o mar e apreciar a paisagem de toda a ponte. Ao lado também há um museu de conchas que vale a pena visitar. Fomos à explicação do manual às 3 horas. Escolherei o Grand Hyatt na próxima vez que ficar?

This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future. Very, very touching. It’s Shangrila high quality as usual. Very walkable area. Near plenty of good food and entertainment.
