Warm services, clean family bath available, free bike rental was handy and a ferry port to pretty islands is just across the road. Break fast & dinner were good too.

Helpful staff, very comfortable bad and good room size for a single room. They also have 2 bikes that you can rent for free which was very useful as the hotel is near train station and the castle but little far from everything else. I personally did not find option in the breakfast that I liked so I skipped

Fiz o check-in depois das 18h, mas a maioria dos itens alugados já estava alugada e todos os doces estavam esgotados. A geladeira que trouxe estava fria o suficiente, então se você for usá-la para uma noitada de garotas, pode ser uma boa ideia prepará-la com antecedência. Havia três formigas vagando no café da manhã, mas considerando o desempenho de custo, este é um hotel que eu usaria novamente.

Location is very nice. Walking distance to matsuyama station. The front desks did not speak english so it was a little bit of a pain but their customer service was very outstanding. Buffet was amazing in the morning

A sparkling new hotel with onsen and free flow welcome drinks (beer is limited to 1 per pax) but was still great. We stayed as a group of cyclist after completing the Shimanami kaido and the hotel was a great addition to end the ride. The onsen was heaven. The hotel is within minutes from the Station and bus stop, so definitely a plus. Eateries was just across the road with many options. Breakfast was simple but you can't beat it for the price.

Did the job for the price and was about as expected for the cost. The bed was not the best but good enough. There was no hand soap and the shower was small, although clean.

Conventient location; 10 minute walk to nearest bus station, and about 30 minutes max travel time to anywhere we wanted to go! Room was clean and compact; but the double bed is quite squeezy if you're fitting two people inside. Buffet breakfast is 1300¥ if you inquire the day before you intend to eat. It is 1500¥ if you buy it on the day itself. Accidentally booked a smoking room; but the staff were kind enough to change it for us once they had a room.

It was good I booked it as a Japanese room. It was a tatami floor and spacious, so the front door - ＞ room with a small table and quilt in the middle - ＞ Main room I relaxed in a pretty large space like this Just a ventilator? The air fan was so loud that I didn't know where to honey, but it was good except that. The washbasin/bathroom/toilet are all separated We have a lot of quilt for additional people. It's a low floor, but you can see the sunset in the neighborhood view. The big bath was also moderately good

호텔시설도 깔끔하고 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 1층 대욕장은 오전 9시반쯤 갔더니 혼자서 이용했어요. 노천탕 좋습니다. 호텔에 샴푸,린스,바디클렌져,스킨,로션까지 다 있어요. 다음에 마쓰야마 오면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다. 호텔키가 카드키가 아닌 열쇠예요ㅋ

服務員的英語能力略佳，方便與住客溝通。房間設備齊全，設有兩張小桌和三張椅子，方便住客工作或用膳，還有坐枱鏡子便於化妝。不過，房間內的熱水壺有較強的膠味。此外，早餐安排有待改善，麵包放在食物中間，導致排隊時間過長，建議將麵包區域移至另一角落，以提升取食物的效率。電視放在床旁，無法舒適地躺在床上觀看。泊車需前往附近的收費停車場，略顯不便。
