Hotéis 2-Star em Kyoto Prefecture, Japan

We loved our 3-night stay in this hotel. It has everything you may need and the price was unbeatable. The twin room was a bit small, it had all the amenities stated. At the reception, there is a lounge which always provides free water tea and coffee. Beds were comfy, AC and internet worked tine. 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station, 30 minute walk from Fushimi Inari, 45 minute walk from Kiyomizu dera.

This is the worst accommodation experience I’ve had during my trips to Japan. In the past, my visits to Japan have always been perfect—truly a paradise for travelers from around the world. However, lately, I’ve noticed a surge of Indian people in places like convenience stores and hotel front desks, which has led to some negative experiences for me along the way. I usually brushed them off as minor, but this hotel stay was unacceptable and I have to speak up. At check-in, the Indian front desk staff was indifferent and dismissive, which already set a bad tone. Then, when I went to bed around midnight, I discovered that the room only had two flat bedsheets—no duvet cover (comforter cover) and no pillowcases at all. It was very late, so I didn’t want to disturb anyone by calling reception again, and I ended up sleeping uncomfortably without proper bedding—yet another hassle caused by the Indian staff. If the hotel management sees this review, please seriously reconsider hiring Indian staff. They are ruining Japan’s reputation and its world-famous service industry! I hope this feedback helps improve things for future guests.

O isolamento acústico era ruim. As regras diziam para manter silêncio à noite, mas durante minha estadia, ainda havia pessoas lavando louça no corredor à 1h ou 2h da manhã. Os dormitórios no primeiro andar pareciam ter melhor isolamento acústico; grupos maiores podem considerar reservar lá. No entanto, pelo preço, é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar durante uma viagem. Os colchões e cobertores eram bastante confortáveis. O Banho Público Baishan, nas proximidades, era muito limpo e relaxar em suas águas foi muito agradável. Há máquinas de venda automática bem em frente ao hotel e uma loja de conveniência a cinco minutos de caminhada.

Uma pousada fantástica! A proprietária é uma taiwanesa que se casou com um membro da família e fala mandarim fluentemente, o que é muito conveniente. Fica muito perto do Palácio Imperial de Kyoto e há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades, alguns até melhores do que alguns dos mais famosos.

Se puder, peça a cama de baixo, pois subir e descer da cama de cima era um saco, já que não havia espaço suficiente para a cabeça. Eles fornecem armários com chave para guardar seus objetos de valor. Também disponibilizam alguns itens de uso comum em cima da geladeira. O chuveiro fica no quarto, mas o banheiro é compartilhado na área comum de cada andar. Os boxes dos vasos sanitários são extremamente apertados, foi um desafio sentar, e com certeza será um problema para pessoas mais altas. Fica um pouco longe da estação, mas é muito silencioso à noite. Todos no quarto foram muito respeitosos e tentaram minimizar o barulho ao máximo. No geral, tirando o banheiro apertado demais, tudo estava bom.

The house in general is very nice, looks like typical Japanese old building. It’s quite cosy and not far from the train station. There was cleaning everyday. But the was some smudges and dirt on the walls and on the ceiling (I think it’s because the building is quite old). And we had extra pay for some things in the hostel. Anyway I give 5 stars because the price was cheap. For this price it’s a good place to stay

It's a bit of a walk from Nishioji Station, so it might be quite tiring if you have luggage. Perhaps because it's a guesthouse converted from an old house, the room smelled a little musty when I entered. Also, the footsteps from the second floor were quite noticeable.

The staff are truly amazing — kind, polite, and always ready to help, it really feels warm and welcoming. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kyoto Station, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. Rooms are comfortable, everything is clean and well organized. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly come back again.

A localização do alojamento é muito conveniente. Existem muitos autocarros da Estação de Quioto que podem chegar aqui. Pessoas vêm de todo o mundo para ficar aqui e gostam muito da atmosfera diversificada. Também estamos muito felizes em nos dar bem. A varanda na cobertura é ótima, se o tempo permitir, costumo tomar café da manhã lá. A vista também é muito boa. O chefe e a equipe também são muito legais! Como fiquei uma semana, conheci diversos funcionários de plantão. Foi um prazer conversar com todos. Se você estiver viajando sozinho como eu, recomendo ficar aqui!
