Eles também me ajudaram a encontrar UMA bolsa que tinha deixado no bar antes. Os esforços do pessoal foram muito apreciados. A localização é excelente.Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. "We booked this hotel about a month in advance for our New Year trip to Dalian. Since we arrived early, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage and go out, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us ㅠㅠ. The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian."

"Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others."

Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great, perfectly satisfying different dietary needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, cleaning promptly and quietly without disturbing guests. Any requests made to the front desk were quickly responded to and resolved efficiently and courteously – their service efficiency and attitude were flawless. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation. Nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and various dining options, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The value for money is definitely among the best in its class. I will choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. A hotel that puts such care into its service and pays attention to details truly deserves a perfect rating!"

"High CP hotel, king size bed and a japanese style bidet (this is the highlight for me 555) The property is really convenient (not to mention its near the sea front, just a walking distance), it is just across the road to Exit D of the Gangwan Square subway and that same line goes directly to the airport. The staff is so kind and they made sure I am ok and convenient. They communcate everything through wechat and also catered to my request to change the free breakfast from porridge to soy milk. Their manager is also very nice and communicative. They also gave me tips as well on where to go in Dalian and also give morning updates on the weather Will stay again"

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Hotel room is clean and new , provide laundry service and free supper from 9.30pm to 11pm and this is a surprise to us especially during cold weather also we have an old folk with us so we enjoyed it a lot. Quite a lot of eateries nearby, small shops to buy some groceries. Definitely will be back again. Thank you 😊"

"O hotel é muito bom.As quartos são consistentes com as fotos.Gosto muito do estilo de decoração.É o estilo de três vidas, três mundos e dez milhas de flores de pêssego. Várias instalações estão lindamente organizadas e muito limpas, para que você possa ficar à vontade. O transporte ao redor é conveniente e a Praça Xinghai fica no andar de baixo. Ao lado fica o mar, e você pode até ver gaivotas e pombos a uma curta caminhada. Todo o processo de check-in foi agradável e tranquilizador. A recepcionista tinha um sorriso no rosto e se sentia valorizada e feliz. A disposição da sala é muito simples e fresca, e todas as instalações estão completas. O café da manhã era rico e muito delicioso. Uma experiência de estadia muito satisfatória, altamente recomendada! ! ! Vou escolher este ser e ser na próxima vez."
