It was truly the most memorable and moving warm moment of my trip. After a long journey, I rushed through check-in. It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others.

Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

Amenities as per hotel description. Good location as within walking distance to metro station for commuting purpose. The attractions are one or two station stops away. Numerous food outlets in hotel vicinity. Hotel staff - counter, cleaning dept are helpful and resourceful.

It's a pleasant walk to the Russian Style Street, and the subway station is also very close, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The hotel is clean and elegant overall. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lobby offers complimentary tea, and the delivery robot that brings takeout to your room is a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short getaways. I highly recommend it – if you're coming to Dalian, this is the place to stay!

The hotel we're quite new and clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast were great and there were porridge for supper too. The service of the reception were great as I left a box of fruits in the room after checking out. Called them and she arranged delivery to send to my next hotel. Really appreciate it.

Amazing hotel with a reasonable price. Room interior was very new and so beautiful. Toilet with bath tub and separate shower area and have all toiletries. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay

Muito obrigado ao gerente do lobby. Devido a viajar em Dalian com idosos e crianças, o avião de volta a Pequim foi aterrado devido ao clima, então reservei um quarto grande aqui. Para cuidar de idosos e crianças, o hotel atualizou diretamente para uma suíte de luxo e adicionou dois cafés da manhã para dois e um pequeno. Muito perto do aeroporto, muito conveniente. O quarto também é muito limpo e arrumado, o atendimento é caloroso e atencioso, e foi dado um presentinho para cada uma das duas crianças. Deixe nosso humor que foi originalmente afetado pelo pouso do vôo melhorar em um instante.
