Interiors are in good condition. Its superb. Room was clean however the cleaning was done only by wiping throughly. Seen dust on the cornersbin the rooms and bottom of tea tray. No space after keeping bed. No way to dry towel and wet clothes. Bathroom is very small in size one can not easily moce while having bath. Repeatedly poking toilet commode. The name of the room is executive but it's really a small sized lowest category of room and the price is little hire compared to similar sized rooms in other property.

its really good hotel, location wise execellant those who want to come for business trip. price and facility is really good. and food quality is really good. i will recommend this hotel those who are coming from train from outside and also want to go again by train so this hotel is really good.

Stay at Jyoti Plaza was beyond what I expected. Prices were reasonable and the location is perfect to access everything you would need. Highly recommend a stay here. And the staff were very kind and cooperative.

Хороший отель, номера уже не новые, но еще нормальные. Чисто, в том числе и в ванной, никакой плесени. Есть сейф. До пляжа нужно идти 5-10 минут (смотря какой дорогой). Завтрак средний. Есть фрукты (нарезанные папайя и ананас), йогурт и каша. Омлет нужно просить.
Что не понравилось - запах из канализации в ванной. Потом исчез. Утром снова появился.
Завтрак с 8-00. На завтраке подают не сразу все блюда. Все выносят, ближе к 8:40.

Staying at this hotel was total worth .it’s a class hotel to stay for anybody with affordable price and the main highlight is the location ,we can explore south Goa from any means of convenience since it’s near to cab services and public transport though hotel doesn’t provide any parking lot but it’s manageable.the staffs were very professional and rooms were following the star standards.

Hotel surya palace is placed in the heart of the margao citi called fatorda where all important places in margao like arlem, borda, colva, midc, ponda, panjim, margao railway station, margao kt c are having smooth connectivity. As per location, prices are cheap and service is good. Team members are supporting and co-operative. Placed on main highway gives you wings for your new journey. Cleaning, hotel management is good. Food from their hotel maratha is also delicious and healthy. Must select on the next trip especially those who want good things at a cheaper price.

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed:
1. Room fan regulator was not working.
2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort).
3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this.
Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

GGuest UserI had originally booked this place for just a few hours on my last day in Goa to be closer to the airport. But good lord, I wish I had booked it earlier because it was absolutely amazing! The cottage was stunning, with easy access to the beach, and the restaurant was fantastic. My only regret is not staying for 2-3 days. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

GGuest UserThe location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal.
The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean.
Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier.
The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.

IIrdorAll in all it was nice. We first got to know the place by having breakfast at the café and really enjoyed the food there, so that why we decided to book two nights at the hotel. Food is really good and the pool was nice, although it was closed one out of the two days we stayed there. The room was spacious and clean enough. The minus points were the lack of AC (there is a fan on the ceiling but no proper AC) and also the way we got almost thrown out of the room. On trip.com it says the check out is supposed to be between 10:30 and 11:30, and at 09:45 somebody from the hotel already came knocking at our door! We were just packing our last items and told them we thought we still had some time, to what he answered the check out is at 10:00… he then stayed in front of the room until we were ready to leave! That did not feel good. Also the internet was very weak in our cottage in the back garden. Two problems that are easily solvable though. The hotel could make sure to change the check out time on trip. Com and get an extra router for the rooms in the back.

VVikashI went during the monsoon season and the hostel had to take precautions to prevent any flooding, by putting up huge covers which kind of made it seem like it was under construction. So if you are going during the monsoon season don't be surprised if it doesn't look like the pictures. I had no complaints as at least it prevented flooding. The staff were all amazing and very nice, just not it is a cashless hostel so everything is through their app. I went during off peak so not much of a hostel vibe and people mostly sticked to their own groups. Nothing much around the hostel except a few cafes but has a very calm and relaxing environment. It is also a 5 min walk to Mandrem beach where u can walk ***** the full beach to go to Arambol and also to Sweet water lake. All in all service and cleanliness was great, location was alright and not much facilities except a small pool.

GGuest UserYou can do better elsewhere for the price. For me what matters most is getting what I expect. Wifi was basically non existent in room. Had to sit outside. But it’s warm during the day g the day and at night there’s mosquitoes. I was frustrated that it can brag about its wifi in its description, yet rooms are not equipped. Super thick walls so it’sa challenge. But… kinda dirty in bathroom walls and fit built up in many places. Pool is fake. Not like picture. See my photos. This is high season If the little pool is not maintained - that’s all you need to know. It’s a shame. Grounds are nice. And for those families wanting a pretty place to hang out at night there’s yard was enjoyed by a family. Oh, neighbours have roosters the sound off all night long. There’s that also.

GGuest UserI would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the YogiTree Hotel for making my short two-day stay unforgettable and very comfortable. They fulfilled all my wishes with a kind smile on their face. The hotel has an excellent location, the beach, restaurants and shops - everything is literally at the exit of its doors. The room was clean. All appliances (refrigerator, kettle, air conditioner and TV) were working properly. The balcony is comfortable, with a table, two chairs and an ashtray. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast, and on the day of my departure, the chef even came early to feed me before the flight. Thank you so much! I love Morjim! I miss you!
