A estação de remoção do Turismo é Muito boa para dormir!O hotel é Muito novo, as camas são Muito confortáveis e são de qualidade generosa.O Hotel estaciona 22-mesas todos OS dias, MAS as escadas do outro Lado são SEISmes, geralmente recomendam que OS hóspedes estacionem no outro Lado. Quando me deixei, era SEIS Da manhã, não estava brilhando. Uma Garota VAI pegar o carro no outro Lado do estacionamento. O hotel também enviou um guarda comigo para me acompanhar e ver que EU saí para me garantir a segurança!Ele Disse que Toledo era pequeno Detroit, e alguns lugares não eram Muito bons! Então eles vão comigo buscar o carro!É um BOM hotel.

A atitude do gerente no Frente do trabalho era má, comparada com a de todos OS outros Hyatt que ficámos. A sala que reservamos incluiu o pequeno-almoço, mas o gerente negou-o mesmo depois de lhe mostrarmos os registos de reserva, o que é mais, ele quase se afastau com o duplo pagamento do quarto... felizmente, Eu  foi capaz de verificar os registos do cartão de crédito antes de sair do hotel e pegou a taxa antes de sair.... Sinto-me Muito triste por este hotel Hyatt, é bonito, cheio de história, no centro, mas notei que a ocupação não é muito boa, o lobby e a estrada estão muito vazias, talvez haja algo a fazer com este gerente.... com sua atitude, eu não poderia ser o único cliente que deixou o hotel com tal impressionante.....

O quarto de cama dupla reservado, quando você ficou para dizer que não há cama dupla, DEU um Grande leito + sofá, e encontrei a coordenação do Trip.com para mudar de quarto duplo.O humor do Turismo muda.

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.  Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.  We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.  On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.  Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing……… I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down.  You really need to deliver on your promises.  So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

We went for an overnight stay, staff was polite hotel clean. My only gripes were that the sheets were not clean as they should have been there were spots on the sheets and the shower leaked all night.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to! Super clean, friendly staff, and amazing amenities!!

第一次訂這裏，就在市政廳對面，離搖滾博物館很近。位置好，景觀也不錯，停車場略遠，物有所值，克利夫蘭排名前三的酒店。

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.

More so just disappointed in the room itself, looked o thing like the pictures, my shower was a tub shower with a curtain, which was shown no where, the water pressure was awful as well. Everything else Ioved
