I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfasts are fantastic with a great variety of options at the buffet. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a terrace with an amazing mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, and there's a lovely park with a lake and an embankment nearby. I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Orbi Hotel in Batumi. The location is excellent — right by the sea and close to the boulevard, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for the price, and the sea views from the upper floors are genuinely impressive. However, there are some downsides worth mentioning. The hotel gets very busy, and it shows: there were always queues at the elevators, especially in the morning and evening, which got frustrating after a few days. Parking is another major issue — there is essentially nowhere to park near the hotel, so if you’re arriving by car, be prepared to spend time looking for a spot or paying for a nearby lot. If you’re travelling light and don’t mind the crowds, Orbi is a reasonable choice for the price and location. Just manage your expectations regarding elevators and parking.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

🌊 Orbi City D1 Block (Batumi, Georgia) Review During my trip to Batumi, I stayed at the Orbi City D1 Block. I was in room 3727 on the 37th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning, probably thanks to being on such a high floor. Especially impressive was the night view of Batumi from the room. With so many tall buildings around, the whole city seemed to sparkle once the lights came on, and you could also see the beach, which made enjoying the nightscape from the room quite delightful. The room itself was generally clean, and the white and blue color scheme complemented Batumi's seaside atmosphere perfectly. The bed was spacious, and the large mirror behind the headboard made the room feel a bit bigger than it actually was. There was also a small kitchen area that was handy for basic use. It had a sink, an electric kettle, and bottled water, which was convenient for boiling water or preparing simple meals. Surprisingly, the bathroom was also clean. The shower area was separated by a glass door, and essential items like towels and a hairdryer were provided, so there were no major inconveniences. What I loved most was definitely the night view from the high floor. Batumi's illuminated buildings are surprisingly beautiful at night, making it perfect for relaxing in the room and enjoying the view. Check-out was at 12 PM, which allowed me to get ready at a leisurely pace in the morning without feeling rushed. Overall, it felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel, but if you're looking for a good view from a high floor in Batumi, I think it's a decent choice. Especially if you enjoy watching the nightscape from your room, you'll likely be very satisfied.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the sea was just a stone's throw away. I stayed on the 47th floor; the elevator stops at every floor like a bus, but there wasn't a huge queue as there are many elevators, so the slightly longer ride wasn't really a problem. The room was very clean and even had bathrobes. The only downside was that the fridge was unplugged when I checked in, it was dirty inside and smelled absolutely horrible, so it was disgusting to use. I just avoided opening it again. The reception always seemed busy, but it wasn't crucial for me to address the fridge issue, so I didn't bother spending time on it. Otherwise, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it for its value for money!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

We really enjoyed our stay at Somi Inn. The place was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had a very tricky train ticket issue, and one of the staff members spent most of the afternoon helping me resolve it. He was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help. We truly appreciate his kindness and would definitely stay here again.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
